I’m hate coming here because no matter what if I go through the drive-through, I always have to pull around to the parking lot to wait for my food. If I want to do that, I would’ve come into the store. I came to the drive-through for quicker service, but that doesn’t exist at this particular Wendy’s. They actually tell you they’ll be a wait to discourage you to order certain things which also makes me angry. I have given good customer service for 40 years of my life. Why can’t I get a little of that back? There’s no common courtesies like please and thank you. You’re greeted with the total of your order. “$14.83”. “That’s my name.” I usually say. I’m so sick of the bad service that I try to make a bad joke. Mainly just to amuse myself. You could do better by trying or caring. I strictly come here because my husband likes it. Otherwise I would never ever ever come here. When I have to pull around, I have to turn onto a busy street i.e. Broadway go around the back roads and come toward the parking lot. It’s not just an easy turnaround. In fact one time I got a flat tire and hit a curb while trying to get back around to their parking lot, they cost me money for a tire because I can’t just wait in the drive-through utterly ridiculous bull crap! Quite frankly, I think I’ll refuse to do it next time.

I had placed an order through Uber-Eats.

The Uber delivery experience was commendable, and we had no issue with the driver or the timing of the delivery.

Unfortunately I had to experience an incredibly troubling incident regarding the findings of AND in my food. Upon opening the food I had discovered a sanitizing wipe used for sterilizing a food temperature device.

Other findings include, but not limited to ; Hair which was found and located in and around the area of the “ lettuce “ which was used on the intended consumable item.

The food was found to be cold to touch and had 0 sense of warm temps. In regards to the findings me and my family were unable to consume the products provided by Wendy’s.

I had called to submit a complaint, with the acknowledgment of ordering through a 3rd party delivery service. The recipient of the call is known as “ Pili “ ( Manager On Duty ). “ Pili “ had assured me that she was responsible for the building and preparations of the ordered meal(s). With high disrespect “ Pili “ had argued with me ( Said paying customer ) about the negative possibility of me positively finding unethical foreign objects within the food.

As of today ( Sunday, August 24th 2025 ) I contacted the merchant again to speak with the manager whom was presumably different ( as they were ). I was treated with utmost respect and her condolences were greatly appreciated. I accept the outcome as it is to this current moment. I was refunded my full amount through “ Uber-Eats “. Irregardless of the potential outcome, this is a precautionary warning to those other consumers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR UNSAFE TO CONSUME OBJECTS.

No 5 stars for this Wendy’s on Broadway. We ordered from the Kiosk which was easy to use . While waiting for our food to be prepped the employees Were talking Extremely LOUD about personal stuff which echoed the dine in area. Very annoying!
We received our food in a timely manner. the bacon fries were amazing ! The double bacon cheese burger gets a 1 star from me . The bun was very dry. Definitely didn’t taste fresh to me nor my husband . Wendy’s in Meridian is soooo much better . I get Much better service and the food tastes fresh .

We’ve unfortunately have stopped by late evening nearly closing time. This Wendy’s location has never given us attitude for our poor timing nor did our timing ever cause our food to be bad. The service is always good, the food is always fresh and always correct. We have never had a messed order from here.

Avoid. They have not gotten the order right a single time we have been here. Almost 7 people in the back, and no one has a clue whats going on. They desperately need a competent manager. They will leave your fries on the counter to get cold and let folks cough all over them.

Arrived to get my online order. Was told to move my car because the store wanted to make money on game day for $20 dollars a spot. Seems like my money for their food was not enough. Made me get back into my car and move it before getting my to go food. Wow.

Asked for a single with no cheese. Girl repeated it correctly. Couldn’t see the screen because it was covered with a “closing at 7 notice”. Guy at the window tried to verify my order and I told him he was incorrect. I didn’t want cheese. I ended up with a double burger with 3 slices of cheese. 2 of the smallest patties I’ve ever seen. I can’t eat cheese and I Couldn’t get it off very well as you can see. Fries were old.
