Horrible. Got to the drive through line at 1:50pm got my food at 2:30. Just to get home and realize they got my 1 order wrong. Now I remember why I dont go to Sonic anymore especially the one on Summerville. I will never recommend it.

I went to order just a large Coke and there was no ice and the Coke tasted like muddy water or old tea. I turned around and one lady went back in and made it right. Check your order and drinks before leaving.

I’m not one to put a bad review. But, this Sonic needs good management and a better staff. I never get what I order and the food is always cold. One example I ordered a Hickory Cheese Burger and got a cheeseburger with mayo and catchup. The meal was cold. I always go back because it’s close to my house. And hopeful it will be better the next time. And I respect the owner. But, this location needs a total overhaul. It’s horrible!!

Waited 15 min for two drinks at 7:00 in the evening in the drive through. The car behind us received their drinks before us. We flagged the server down and repeated our order. Finally got the drinks. Come on. Two drinks?!!

Drinks that were ordered thru the app were not good. Asked if they could be remade with some other drink. Really nice employee told us the manager said there was nothing wrong with the drinks and they taste fine to her so we were just out our money. It was just 2 drinks that we needed remade and that was a problem. Poor customer service. It wasn’t the employees fault. She was just the messenger. Manager could use some training in customer service.

Put in a mobile order at 3:33. Got there around 3:45, put in that I was here. Waited 5 minutes after they said they were on their way, pressed the button on the box. Nobody answered for 5 minutes. Went to the drive thru. Nobody was answering that either. Went back to a different box, someone finally responded and they don’t have my order. Double checked the location with me and still don’t know what happened to my order. Girl walked inside to check again and hasn’t come out again. It’s been 5 more minutes. I’ve been here for 30 minutes now to pick up a MOBILE order. Still no indication that my food even exists or will be brought to me any point. Seriously? COMMUNICATION with your customers goes a long way. At this point I’m only still here because I can’t get the money back otherwise.

I will never eat at this place again. When I got my food there was Grease or oil all over the burger wrap and no napkins were in the bag. I went to let them know and the manager just gave me napkins and told me he will let them know and dismissed me as if grease getting all over my clothes wasn’t important. And it should have been obvious to see with the outside of the bag being greasy too

We hadn’t been to this sonic in years and decided to go by and give it a try. The food was truly almost inedible. I got the chili cheese hotdog and the weenie was a really weird grayish color and didn’t look good at all. The fries and tater tots had been cooked in old grease and that’s all you could taste. Regular sprite was given to my type 1 diabetic child who ordered Sprite Zero. The Only thing edible was the cheese sticks and they were just ok. Honestly will probably never come back to this location

This Sonic has a couple of tables. It was a perfect place to take a break with our family dog. There was room for her to take a potty break alongside the parking bays on the right. The servers were friendly and accommodating.
