It was 11:38pm and I pull up to place an order and was greeted by “What do you want?” I was thrown left field for a moment because that is no way at all to greet someone. I went ahead and ordered a double Baconator and large Coke Cola Cream Soda, he gave me the total of $15.89 and said “2nd window” I pulled up and as he is about to hand me the drink I have my wallet out trying to give him cash, and he says “I can’t accept cash and that we only accept card.” I said when did that start because once again confused, and he states “you’re the first car we’ve had in almost an hour and a half so I already did the count in the till”. I explain to him that cash is all I have and I’m willing to give him exact change and he states “nope card only.” Soo I got refused service because I had cash…..

Not sure how that’s even good business…. I mean for real, to refuse service to someone for having exact change for their meal just because you decided to do the end of day till count before you’re even closed is absurd. At least inform the customer when they go to order or something. On top of that, why not have some actual customer service skills and greet the customer like you should be doing. Must be too damn hard to stand there and take an order and prep the to go bags….

(Absolutely inconsiderate and out right horrible customer service skills.) I’ve been treated like shit before there by other staff members working the drive through. This was by far the final straw for me and that’s why decided to post a review as Wendy’s needs to find staff that actually does their jobs and actually has a decent attitude. Not too much to ask is all I’ve got to say. I would love to be an undercover boss or something and show how “great” their staff is when management is not around. Seems like I’m not the only one that’s had a problem lately either. That’s ok though, you may have just lost yet another customer.

We come here alot. We love wendys its our favorite place in kuna. My older kids eat here all the time also. Only downside We get parked every single time we go through the drive thru. I used to work drive thru and I know this is excessive and tells me that their staff aren’t keeping up with what they are supposed to be doing. I understand their on a time limit, but every time. We came in for breakfast the last 3 mornings and my son wanted dinner tonight and parked every time. Thats just this week. This happens every time we come here. Something needs to be evaluated in this store. I understand you need to make time but not at the expense of your customer service.

This place allways manages to please me even on the busiest days and the busiest times of those days. They have good customers service and the best soda machine with hundreds of options to choice from. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would give them every single one that they earned (which is 10). Long story short I was very impressed with this location.

I’ve been coming here for the week I’ve been staying with my grandparents and I have NEVER had Wendy’s. I gotta admit I’m stubborn and prefer to stick to what I’m comfortable with. But I am IN LOVE with there cheeseburgers. I appreciate the tin-foil like wrappers because it keeps them fresh and hot. I’ve come here 3 times and each time I’ve gotten 2 double cheeseburgers. I have to admit though they never have stickers on them on which one is which if you get it specialized. I get a normal double cheeseburger for my brother and then one for me but no pickle or onion and we don’t ever know which is which. But they’re ALWAYS fresh. They have the perfect amount of condiments and vegetables. The workers are friendly and nice. I haven’t had a bad experience in the three times I’ve gone. The wait is never long either. Like a minute. I’d recommend this Wendy’s.

Came to grab a double cheeseburger meal for a late lunch around 3:00 pm at the drive thru. Very fast friendly service. Order was made fresh. What I like about Wendy’s is that the meat is real meat, hot and fresh. The baconator is a great choice as well. The fries were a little too salty and could have been hot and fresher . Overall, I have been coming to Wendy’s for years & will still continue To come. And as usual , don’t forget your frosty!

We ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a nacho chicken sandwich. When we showed up, they had it posted that they were out of everything on the speaker but we were already trapped in the drive thru. The cashier told us they were out of pumpkin frosty but would substitute a chocolate frosty. We asked if they had the ingredients to make the sandwiches due to the paper posted on the drive thru speaker and he said they did. Maybe they got more ingredients recently and haven’t taken the sign down? When we got home, we didn’t have a nacho chicken sandwich or classic chicken sandwich — we had chicken strips on a bun sandwiches that we paid full price for! If you had been straight with us on the situation we would have canceled the order and left, but now we’re just never coming back! This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I’ve ordered a baked potato from here, and they didn’t have any. So what do they do? They substitute fries and charge me for the more expensive baked potato. I filed a complaint with Wendy’s over this and of course they aren’t interested in making it right. AWFUL, DISHONEST STORE.

Typical Wendy’s experience, however, the managers are absolutely rude and throw a lot of attitude over complaints like cold fries or missing/incorrect items. Ive also seen some mistreatment of staff by them and thats not okay.

Went in after work at 11pm to get some food. Got myself a son of baconator meal. As soon as i get home I find out all my food is cold. You can tell it wasn’t warm at all in the first place because not even the cheese was melted. I will most likely not be returning there if this is the quality of food I will receive
