This place has typical Wendy’s food. We had the chicken sandwich on one visit, which honestly is nothing like it used to be. The chicken now looks more like a big triangle-shaped chicken nugget. What happened Wendy’s? They used to be so good. This particular location either mops or polishes the floor with something that seems oily. You can actually slide on the floor to the point where you could fall. We have stopped here when traveling and it has been slick the past two times. The restaurant was full of flies during the last visit. It was a bit gross. Flies swarmed the lidless trash can in the kitchen area. We decided to get chili because the chili was covered and could keep the flies out. This is a small town with few fast-food options. This restaurant could definitely use more hands-on management to right the ship.

I have a friend who works at wendys and I called him while he was working because I needed to talk to him about something but what I got was one of the managers answering my friends personal phone, I do understand that employees shouldn’t be on their phones and he didn’t have to answer, that’s fine. I totally understand that and I apologize for calling an employee while he was working, but it was the way I was treated over the phone. A guy answered and I asked who he was, he told me he was my friends manager and he demanded to know the reason I was calling and if it wasn’t important, then he would hang up. I was caught off guard and I thought it was odd. I said it was none of his business to why i was calling and then he told me he could leave a message if it was important, but the way he was talking to me was pretty terrible, it was a passive aggressive attitude and I could hear my friend in the background telling him to stop. I just kept telling him it was none of his business and then he just goes “Im ragebaiting her. I think she’s falling for the ragebait” He hung up on me before I could respond and I’m just baffled by what happened. I think it’s important how your employees treat people, let alone the MANAGER. Yeah I understand that employees shouldn’t be on their phones, but that should be throughly discussed in your working environment, and it could’ve been handled way differently, instead of having the manager answering and being extremely rude to me, saying stuff like “im ragebaiting her” like what??? I can also understand managers taking calls on behalf of their employees but he was super unprofessional, and I just don’t understand where the hostility is coming from. Things would have been different if he was nicer. I don’t even know what I did wrong in this situation. I think the phrasing and the way your employees treat people is very important, whether they are calling as a customer or not but honestly that interaction really upset me, and I’m bothered by even ever coming back to wendys. By the way, the managers name is Spencer.

Disappointingly mediocre. There wasn’t necessarily any one thing terrible, just everything was kind of unsatisfactory. The bacon was just a bit old, the bun was just slightly getting stale, the meat wasn’t particularly fresh, the soda came out of the machine warm and a bit under carbonated. The staff was friendly, but still somehow a little off putting. Fries were fine. If this had been like an Arctic Circle or Burger King, this would have been an average visit. Never been mildy disappointed at a wendy’s though.

Anyone else feel like the service here is not like everywhere else? Tonight my wife’s hamburger bun was black. My spicy chicken sandwich totally dry. Like it’s been under a heat lamp for half hour. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Again. I let them know they were empty. The guy turns around. Fills up a small cup only halfway. Hands it to me. No apologies. Looked at me like he was annoyed with me. Oh and the soda dispensers are always sticky and dirty.
Not satisfied. I love Wendy’s everywhere else. You can definitely do better

Came here for a quick lunch. I was so disgusted with the place. The floors were disgusting, tables weren’t wiped off, both soda machines were our of ice, looked like they haven’t been cleaned in days. The soda was warm and flat. All the counters has soda signs on them from the cups, took forever to get our food, sat on the counter for 15 minutes while the fries finished cooking, sandwiches were room temp by the time we got them. Literally so disgusting, I just wanted food and I had to sit in that disgusting place for 20 mins before I even got my food. Nobody was cleaning anything up. Won’t be going there again.

Worst meal and service ever. Seven people working on a Sunday evening, there are four people dining in and no one at the drive thru but we had to wait 5 minutes to have our order taken. Went to get soda and they don’t have any ice. Also the soda was warm and flat. Food was mediocre. Major rip off for the prices they charge.

food was very slow . half our order sat on the counter with flies buzzing around them getting cold meanwhile we enjoyed the stuffy and hot dining area. the floors were sticky and provided great traction. both the soda machines provided no ice and the soda was under carbonated and warm.
we searched for a table that we could sit at that didn’t require much cleaning. after finding a place to sit we discovered the floor under the table were aceptionaly sticky. I went to the counter and observed all of our burgers sitting there and I counted the flies walking across them . I took a second to enjoy the decor in the kitchen area the amount of French fries on the floor under the the front edge of every appliance and the boxes on the floor that the poor server kept tripping on as he transferred our fries and nuggets to the awaiting tray one at a time.
once we had finally gotten our food the burgers were cooled off and the nuggets were slimy under the breading I dont know what they do differently but none of the other Wendy’s I’ve visited can match there level of equality. Sadly we won’t be returning to this location and that sucks.

Let’s start with the service. Clearly there is no Customer Service training offered to their employees. There is no eye contact , nor did the individual speak clearly or loudly enough to be able to hear them. After we placed our order we proceeded the the most filthy, dirty, disgusting drink dispensers only to find out there was no ice in either of them. Mind you, this is ten o’ clock in the morning. Luckily we were able to at least get the drinks we wanted. We got sat down to our table only to look around a bit and realize how disgustingly greasy and sticky the walls and windows were. This place clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Now let’s get to the food. The food is decent as long as they have the product to fulfill the order. My husband and grandson ordered the same item off the menu and were able to receive exactly what they ordered. However, I ordered the sausage, egg and swiss croissant. The individual that took our order came out to our table to inform me they were out of croissants. I gladly accepted a replacement of an English muffin. The employee returned a second time to inform me there was no swiss chesse and offered a replacement of american cheese. I politely declined. So, what I wound up with was a sausage, egg, muffin sandwich with the edges of the muffin so dry I had to tear them off. In conclusion, this establishment is a despicable disgrace to the Wendy’s franchise.

All of the weeds growing in front of this restaurant and around the parking lot should give you a pretty good idea of the management competency. The service is incredibly slow having recently spent over 20 minutes in the drive-through asked to pull aside and waiting to receive a bag of cold food. Multiple people working, but nobody seems to have a clue what’s going on. Appeared as though the manager were outback of the restaurant on the greasy stained sidewalk vaping while his restaurant is falling into shambles. Think twice before you spend money at this business.
