Stopped at this Wendy’s on our travels. We wanted the drive through but after 15 minutes of waiting we went inside. There were 2 other customers staff was running around in circles. Really unprofessional. We were not acknowledge at all. A male employee came out of nowhere looking high. Finally a young girl came and was awesome. However the food we got was cold and dry.

This Wendy’s was really good for most of my life, unfortunately after Covid it took a nosedive. I decided to try again after a few years, and it might be the worst fast food I’ve ever been served. Shamefully awful. Old rock hard French fries, and a doublestack on a dried out bun. Everything bone dry and pathetic. Never will I spend money here again. Embarrassing.

Went inside on Jan 15 around 7PM. We walked to the counter and the guy at the counter said “just a fair warning, I have a bunch of door dash orders ahead of you”. We waited for 10 minutes and he still had not taken our order, meanwhile about 4 or 5 cars were served by the drive thru crew. We waited another 5 minutes and we left. Won’t be back…. ever.

We’re traveling across country for a funeral. Stopped in for food after not eating all day and my husband accidentally ordered my burger wrong. I went back and politely asked if it could be remade. Our mistake . Totally understandable if they said no. However i could overhear kitchen staff scoffing over having to remake my food and laughing at me. Replacement burger bun is so stale and rock hard. I almost cried standing in that lobby.

Went here the other night with my husband, 40 min before closing, it look them 30 min to come out with our food, and when we got our food they basically threw it in the car and ran off back into the store, when I checked to make sure everything was right half of our food was missing (that had been paid for) so definitely don’t go here even if any other place is closed because you will get bad service and food.

The service here was terrible. Dirty counters, dust everywhere, and the bathrooms were a jungle. It took our 7 people to wait over 45 minutes for our food, and it’s not like they were slammed. The fries were cold and they forgot to add multiple items in our bag that we ordered.
We love Wendy’s but goodness this is a rough one.

Absolutely terrible food was cold after waiting 45 minutes after paying the burger was old, a small order of fries filled half way and just over all terrible experience I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to get food from this dump
