Dried up hamburger & dried up chili. Whoever heard of dry chili? It must be a month old. And a “chocolate” cold brew coffee that’s full of caramel, NOT chocolate. They insist it’s chocolate, but have you ever in your life seen any chocolate that was yellow and tasted like caramel? If it looks like caramel and tastes like carmel, IT AIN’T CHOCOLATE! A five year old child knows the difference!

Consistently terrible service. Dirty restaurant. Worker tonight couldn’t figure out the credit card machine and stated my card doesn’t work, went across the road to McDonald’s and surprise, my card worked first try.

I ordered a#7 baconater was asked if I wanted a single, double, or triple, I said single. Also ordered a medium chocolate frosty, baconator fries and a small strawberry frosty. I got a Dave’s triple with no bacon, a small chocolate frosty and my baconator fries had no cheese sauce on them. Your staff sucks! Better training or better CLOSE!
