I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and git a salad in a Tortilla shell. Need better QC. If you lost your passion for cooking then get out the damn kitchen. Not even wrapped lmao what a joke. I will say I took it back to counter got it remade and it actually looks eatable now.

Loved the burger ordered side veggies on it and no tomato on another order but didn’t get the veggies and got the tomato. No ketchup and when we asked we were told they are not getting it right now. So that was disappointing. Ketchup goes with fries. Use to love this place but today was pretty disappointing.

I have always loved Wendy’s food and their service has always been great. However recently, especially on evening shifts, my orders have been wrong. Just tonight I ordered an Asiago bacon chicken sandwich no lettuce no tomato. Said it on the receipt and everything. When I look at it at home (I live 20 miles away, my fault I know) I ended up with a plain chicken sandwich my mayo, tomato, lettuce, and pickles. Not at all what I ordered and they weren’t even busy. Day shift has always been bomb with getting their orders out correctly. Maybe more diligence and awareness from the evening shifts which I’m sure contain majority high school kids but come on managers. Do better

Very skimpy on the fries when you order a large and get the amount of a small. That being said we went around dinner time and the characters in the kitchen are absolutely sublime , and it’s a hell of a lot better than burger king!!
