Our experience on last evening was horrific. Even after experiencing bad customer service. Having to wait for almost an hour for chicken. We get home to only find that the food looked like this. The managers bring their children to work and they argue with the guest. I contacted headquarters to only be told someone would get back to me.

Terrible experience all around. Ordered dinner for delivery. Got less than half my order and the monstrosity in my picture. I called and all they could do was refund 1/3 of what I paid. I asked for what I ordered because I already paid the fees and my family didn’t have a full meal to eat but they only refund partial food cost. Avoid unless you’re ok paying for items you’ll never get. Terrible from start to finish.

Got the kfc bowl and it was really good. It needed a bit more gravy though and would’ve preferred it hot enough to actually melt the cheese.

We placed an order through the KFC app, and the restaurant accepted it. When we arrived about 40 minutes before closing, an employee told us there was no food for our order. After that, no one came back to us, no explanation, no apology, nothing.

The order was accepted but never fulfilled. We wasted our time, didn’t get our food, and our evening was completely ruined.

If you don’t plan to prepare orders before closing, don’t accept them in the app. Very poor customer service.

Chicken was still pink and red on the inside… had to throw away both whole buckets. I bought 2 buckets because of the Tuesday deals. Won’t be going back…

I went for hot wings and wedges. They were out of wedges so I opted for tenders instead. My tenders had a weird after taste.
The worst part of the whole experience was watching the workers. No gloves, no hairnets, water on the floor behind the counter and visible trash piled at the back door. And the person preparing the food was chewing on a straw that was hanging out of his mouth. Like why?!?!? Get it together people.

It really took 30 minutes to receive my order after the app said it was ready. As I’m waiting I ask the girl with the braids and working the drive through looks at me like how dear you ask about my order and said nothing. To not acknowledge people is bad business. Actually the store was under staffed and had everyone waiting. If KFC is trying to get people through the doors again they need to start with their customer service.

I would avoid this location if possible. We sat at the drive-thru for a minute in silence and wondered if the location was closed. When the woman came on the intercom she was very rude and unhelpful to the couple of questions we had about a combo.
She checked us out at the window and was still very short and had a disgusted expression on her face. My husband noticed she was pregnant and we wrote it off (having a small on of our own).
Before we left after receiving our food asked for 2 cups. Empty cups because we were staying at a hotel and the order came with a drink bag, not individual cups. That seemed to really upset her and she reluctantly gave us one cup. We did not bother to ask again for the second.
Even as frustrating as the experience was, we had no interest in complaining until we sat down to eat and found on of the items absolutely inedible. As you can see in the picture.
This restaurant has a lot of issues between the customer service and food quality. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Drive through only. Good service, good food

Later trip had mobile order, paid for. Arrived to pick up and laughing person said place was closed (five hours early.)

Update: now fully open. Good service and standard KFC food. Received mashed potatoes instead of the cole slaw which eas ordered.

Another visit. The Three piece box only had two pieces. Discovered this only after I got home.
