Went through drive through, friendly enough, but said the burger meat would take 15min, a little odd, but okay. But when we got the order the fries were DISGUSTING, I am not an exagerrator, they weren’t just cold or something, they literally tasted like they grabbed fries out of the dump bucket from 2 days ago to fill our order. Told the window woman the fries were nasty said she should try one, she insisted no of course and offered to make a fresh batch. 15 more minutes late we received them, this time seemingly hot and fresh… but they still tasted NAAASSSTTYYYYYY! My friend drove off before I could say anything and refused to turn around but… PLEASE CHANGE YOUR FRY OIL OR SOMETHING. Hopefully that was the problem, and it gets fixed, because it tastes like they were fried using the oil in the drip pan from the flat top after a few months of not cleaning it.

Popped in here on the drive home to get a lemonade. As we went via the drive-thru, the atmosphere was most likely the same as every other Wendy’s in the country. The blueberry lemonade was to die for! As it is customary for their lemonades to be extremely sweet, we requested a half water half blueberry lemonade. Excellent service for my friendly young person!

Not only do you have to wait in your hot car for 20+ minutes most days, they WILL screw up your order and attempt to pass ot off as work related stress. The last time we ordered they completely disregarded how we wanted our food, gave us cold fries, and didnt even wrap our burgers correctly. -1/10 would NOT recommend

Went to get food obviously. Buy it took almost 30 minutes to even get my order taken (I watched 3 other people leave cause it was taking too long). Then I pay and get my food and I asked them if everything was in the bag including the straw. Two “managers” both said yes. So I go on my way. I get where I’m going and pull everything out. I’m missing a burger, my straw, and my receipt so I can’t even get anything done about it. This restaurant has gone down hill and it’s so sad to see. I myself work in the “fast food” industry and this was ridiculous.
