Visited on Tuesday, August 22nd around 1:45pm and was genuinely impressed by how polite, professional, and fast the drive-through staff at both windows were. Not only was the service outstanding, but we were also pleasantly surprised by how fresh and substantial both the Pecan Walnut Salad and Cobb salads were! This Wendy’s far exceeded our expectations!

Whichever man was taking our order the other day at the drive-through was the cheeriest man we’ve ever had take our order. He just seemed to take pride in his work and seriously made our day with his attitude. The lady at the end of the line gave us the wrong drink, but she realized it on her own and was super kind and ensured the rest of our order was good. Seriously the best Wendy’s service we’ve ever had and I hope they’re treated well because of their service.

My niece and nephews loved the food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a little weird (parking spots are very close to the drive thru). But besides this small complaint, an all-around great experience.

The manager is so nice. The crew was on the ball, and my Triple Cheeseburger was fantastic. A cook that finally made it better than perfect. My husband loved the Baconator. If Wendys corporation is reading this, give the manager and cook a raise, and please do not take away the human factor like the other place is doing.

Earlier this week, I went through the drive thru line and attempted to get the seasonal Strawberry Salad. However Jose (the night manager) stated as I was about the pay, “he could not make the salad without cheese because everything is pre-made.” I stated, “I know you can because other Wendy’s across the country have been able to make salads with no cheese.” Jose continued to say he could not make it while I was trying to say the cheese was an allergy. After he interrupted me several times, I mentioned should I call corporate and explain what happened. Jose stated, “go ahead and call.” He also threatened me he was going to call the cops even as I was still attempting to tell him the cheese is an allergy. I left and called corporate and told them what happened.

Best Wendy’s ever! My family and I will go to Wendy’s for their chili cheese baked potatoes. Most Wendy’s restaurants skimp on the toppings. This Wendy’s made the world’s best chili cheese potatoes with generous portions of cheese and chili. The best Wendy’s potatoes we’ve ever had. Yum!
