Will not be coming back again. They were out of baked potatoes and the cashier wasn’t told til I ordered and paid for one. Luckily I’m flexible and fries were an okay sub. But my friends burger had a long hair all the way through the burger, no refund offered just oh sorry we will remake it. Didn’t get pickles on two of the burgers I ordered and was disappointed by how they were so askew on the bun. Again will not come back.

Pretty frustrating experience at this location today. I ordered a small fry, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a junior bacon cheeseburger in the drive-through. After waiting quite a while, I pulled up to the window and the employee just opened it and stared at me without saying anything. I handed him my card, he ran it, handed it back with no receipt, and closed the window without saying a word.
I then sat there another 6–7 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. No update, no “one moment,” nothing.
When the window finally opened again, the employee again said nothing and handed me a bag. The food was already cold — the burger honestly felt like it had been sitting in a fridge.

Waited 20+mins, never got food,or a chance to order,or even a hey sorry we are super busy..etc..while every car in drive through got service,in the entire dining area,everyone waited, while no one actually got to order inside. Basically fast forward 20 some minutes of nothing happening the entire dining area of folks just walked out,us included. Cashier was eating food(glad he could get something to eat) and walked around aimlessly looking around like he was lost(never actually grabbed anything 3 times,just hanging out I guess)

I ordered a hamburger and get a cheeseburger every time. I can’t eat cheese and have had the meal delivered so there goes half my meal. Saw a review that they are always out of cheese. That would be great! I’d actually get what I ordered!

I went in a bit ago (around 10:40 am 11/22) and got my food. The manager on duty was fast and polite. The younger boy employee was also incredibly polite. Everything was fresh and made well. Wendys is my favorite fast food restraunt but I stopped going because it had gotten a bit bad. But Im hung over and just wanted something so i went there and tbh glad i did. Thank you guys for not hurting my already upset belly.

Avoid it here if your hungry. A manager fried sausage patties in the fryer and I got sick after eating their nuggets because of it. The Asian guy that works there is rude as hell to customers and his employees, even getting onto one about her shoes, I’m assuming after she slipped and fell. That could have been talked about in the back if it was so important to him. They’re out of everything and in general, the store smells due it being so disgusting.

Visited on Tuesday, August 22nd around 1:45pm and was genuinely impressed by how polite, professional, and fast the drive-through staff at both windows were. Not only was the service outstanding, but we were also pleasantly surprised by how fresh and substantial both the Pecan Walnut Salad and Cobb salads were! This Wendy’s far exceeded our expectations!

Food took over 30 minutes and their reason was that the drive thru kept ordering spicy chicken sandwiches. When we finally got our food, they didn’t do it correctly.
Several people walked out because it was taking so long.
Go somewhere else.

I asked 4 times to please cook the food to order, saying I was happy to wait.
Employees dipped old, stale chicken and old, stale fries back into the deep fryer for 30 seconds and told me it was fresh. It was overcooked, old, dried out garbage. Customers can see what you’re doing. Dipping old, stale food back into the deep fryer for 15-30 seconds doesn’t magically make it fresh again, and thinking you’re tricking customers who haven’t heard of this “one simple food hack” is silly.
Come on, Wendy’s. Made fresh is part of your brand.

The bathroom is locked. There are flies everywhere. It’s dirty, the tables are covered in food and the trashcan is overflowing. The floor is covered in trash. The soda machine isn’t working and doesn’t have ice. The ketchup pump isn’t working. The team is working hard to get food out because there are quite a few customers but there’s a breakdown somewhere. The food was ok but it was so gross in the restaurant I think it put a damper on it. I hope it gets better.
