Ordered some food for myself and my daughters. My 6 year old said her drink tasted weird, so I emptied it and found this in her drink. How is this acceptable, and cannot be seen before filling up a small drink for a child.

Ordered a water and a Strawberry Sunday at Sonic. It took nearly half an hour to get our tiny order. Additionally, the water wasn’t normal water but had clearly been mixed with some lemon lime drink that made it taste off, and the cup had a hole in it and leaked in our car. Not impressed.

Horrible. I have ordered 3 times on Uber and each time has had multiple orders of large cheese sticks where I request 5 packs of marinara sauce and they send 2. That’s ridiculous!!!!! $20+ and I get 2 sauces???? Absolutely stupid.

I ordered food which was very simple. The service wasn’t bad and the atmosphere is no different than a fast food restaurant, but when you order a large order of chili cheese tots and don’t get what you paid for is very upsetting. I also called the store and the young lady who answered the phone said that she was the manager. I explained to her my disappointment and what happened. All she said was I’m sorry. Okay. Y’all should definitely work on giving people their money’s worth and educating your Manager’s on how to handle mistakes made by your employees.

If check the reviews of the last Sonic I lived by you will know I take sonic seriously. I eat there a lot and I don’t buy soda at the store. I get them on my way home at Sonic. I moved over by this location 6 months ago. They have been pretty near perfect with every single one of my orders. This place is well managed and it shows in their product consistency and their low wait times.

After workin a very very long shift at the ER all I wanted was some of their honey BBQ boneless wings and I got these spicy as all get out bowl full of buffalo wings. The lady taking my order at the window seemed very uninterested in what I was ordering by the tone of voice she had I love worked at a sonic I know it gets busy but jeez please get it right next time there’s no way I can eat these I’m very disappointed.
