I went to the drive-thru line outside and they told me to go to the one inside, but my truck doesn’t fit. They wouldn’t sell me my hamburger and told me to go inside the lobby, but I couldn’t waste much time because I’m working. The person in the video shouldn’t have a customer service job; they don’t have the skills for it.

Huge shout out to the manager who was working tonight. His customer had a language barrier and instead of acting impatient or irritated, he worked through it with him. THAT is the spirit missing in the world at the moment. The food was good but that really was heartwarming to see such genuine kindness. That guy deserves a raise!!!

My choice wendys to go to, ive never had issues with there food. Staff was always nice,theyve never messed up my order, i dont know the ladys name but she was a white lady, black hair, and i believe she had some tats she was super nice and made sure everything was fresh when we came in at 12 ish

Never again. The asiago chicken club (breaded, spicy) is now a frozen chicken-looking patty (the kind you buy in (bulk) a plastic bag at the market), and much thinner than it used to be (think old school dollar menu). I don’t know what’s going on with Wendy’s, but they got it wrong!

First Wendy’s ever I can’t believe that everybody and Wendy’s cannot understand what two $1 biggie bags is with the chicken sandwich they gave me two biggie bag sandwiches and two spicy chicken meals which ended up being 32.00 when I kept telling him all I wanted was to $6 bags one chicken and one double sac so all of them became a jerk and refused to listen

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat at the ordering sign for about 10 minutes and then finally had to pull up to the window to try to order. When I did they looked stupidly at their screen like they had orders. The parking lot lobby and drive through were all empty. If there was a manger they should be embarrassed at the lack of even one word from their employees. If your not embarrassed I suggest resign. If you cant make it in fast food where are you really going in life?
