Its fast food right. But this place..chef’s kiss :* I had to leave a review. The staff was superb. The burgers transported me to a fancy spot and the SODA, actually tasted good!! Fountain sodas are hit and miss…but this spot gets it!! THIS JOINT IS SUPER CLEAN and maybe thats why it all tastes great! Making it all that much better. We made the commitment of always coming here before heading to the movies, which is in the same plaza! Worth the visit!

Never Again! It had been years since my last visit to Burger King, but after receiving a coupon in the mail, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
The manager refused to accept a photo of the coupon and said it had to be the physical copy. Since my family was hungry after a long day of school sports, I decided to pay full price instead of leaving.
After ordering two Double Whoppers, one Whopper, and one Jr. Whopper, and 3 Mediun fries, I asked for four cups of water (we only drink water). The manager told me she could not give me four cups and that if we wanted more drinks, we would have to buy soda. She only gave us two cups.
We were also given only two barbecue sauce packets, and when I asked for more, she told my child that each additional one would cost $0.25. When I asked for napkins, we received just four.
The entire experience felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming. Definitely not the customer service I expected. Never again.

I went through the drive through today and was less than impressed. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and asked if it was plain and even looked at it before driving away (and it looked plain) and then I took a bite only to bite into pickles, mustard and ketchup. This is the worst burger king ever. Every time I’ve ever gone here something is not right. Today it was the Burger and the horrible rude service. I was made to wait at the menu board for what felt like 10 minutes. Then yelled at to wait when I thought I was supposed to pull up to the second window ( where another car had just left). Anyway, I was polite back and just did what they so rudely ordered me to do… Here’s the rub. The rude service and long wait and screwed up order doesn’t surprise me. It’s what a business tends to deliver to their customers when they don’t pay a living wage and offers little to no benefits. They pay so low that their employees qualify for assistance (which we as taxpayers pay for) and then they post profits in the hundreds of millions or billions of dollars. Frankly it’s disgusting and I’m tired of it. I won’t be going back to any of these places until they pay a living wage and offer better service. I had to throw my burger away because I’m allergic to pickles and mustard disgusts me. If I called they’d say bring it back but I’m not turning around off the highway to drive back to a crappy burger king to get my order fixed… As if. Anyway, total barbage. Don’t waste your time.

I (José Moya) think that the service and staff here at this restaurant is the most outstanding and most caring staff i have ever met and interacted with, within all my 20+ years that I have been coming to this Burger King. The General Manager (Isabel Sánchez) cares about the customers to the most outstanding profession and care towards everyone that comes and dines here. I never had a problem with my fresh food that I always order with them. It always comes hot, fresh and fast. And recently I have been seeing the cashier (Javier) very often within my recent visits with the new remodeled and beautiful building that they had built, has been serving me and my order with the most outstanding care and the most respectful service I have ever gotten within the reopening of the newly built store.

The female at the drive thru was just so off. She said for me to back up to the first windows, no one was there and no one else was in the drive thru… then she says the water has lots of sugar in it so unless you want water with lots of sugar dont get a drink (??) Then when we pull away and are at the exit she comes out YELLING to come back to the drive thru. So I did, not knowing why. She says she gave a sandwich instead of the food I purchased… she takes the food from me which was in the car already and switched it. It makes me question so many things including food safety. I can see why out of all the busy breakfast drive thru no one was at Burger king.

I loved this store, is so clean, employees are very polite there is even a cashier that speak like 4 languages and he helped a full line of customers in every language also my order was delivered so fast, it wasn’t even 5 minutes. My new favorite place to eat

Went there couple nights ago and ordered good after moving. I ordered 2 Whopper with cheese, medium fry, and onion rings for the meal. I get home to eat and there was no cheese on either of them. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

Stay away from this location. I love Burger King but the people that work here don’t know what the are doing. They have one simple ‘duos’ special fesl and staff don’t even know how to ring that up. See my attached receipt. I ordered two Impossible meals and one Duo which too three tries and even after being repeated back they still rung it up incorrectly onto my credit card. Then pointing out the mistake on Duos rung up as two items instead of special deal took several minutes to point out and even when the manager came they couldn’t figure out how much I was over charged. When I pointed out it was a $1.50 plus tax they didn’t want to acknowledge they owed more than $1.00. I did finally get the difference back but the my food was literally COLD by that point. When the tray was finally slid to me I mentioned it was cold and they just walked away and ignored me as you can see in the pictures. As mentioned I LOVE Burger King but this location should be shut down.
