Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive-through! This was the stuff you see on the Internet, but you don’t think actually happens in real life! I would never guess a professional manager would conduct himself In this manner.
Long story short went through the drive-through waited over 20 minutes for cold breakfast items and unprofessional service by so-called manager. No other guests were in drive-through. When asked to speak to the general manager, the gentleman Who was causing the issues informed me that he was the general manager Brian. After I let him know my food was cold. He informed me that breakfast was no longer being served due to the 20 minutes I waited on their behalf. No other options were given. And the window was slammed in my face saying he doesn’t have time for this. I ended up getting my money back. But I am in absolute shock and will never be back. I highly recommend driving to the other Wendy’s on West Bromley as General manager cares highly about her restaurant and her guest. It is Way out of my drive but definitely worth it every time now!
Truly sad that this could’ve been handled professionally and ended positive both for myself and the restaurant.

10/10 do not recommend going to this Wendy’s, drive the extra 5 min.

Hamburgers were dry and tasted like the meat was from the previous day. Had the same issue at the other Brighton store. Fast food is going down hill. Can’t go anywhere anymore without getting nasty food. Went to McDonald’s and got a clump of hair in my food. Chicken strips were crap as well. Time to cook at home.

Swung by this Wendy’s after runnin around town and it did the job. Burger come out hot, fries was fresh enough, and my drink was cold, so I walked out with a full belly. Staff was decent and the place looked alright, not spotless but fine for a quick bite. Nothin fancy, just simple fast food that hits the spot when you’re hungry and in a hurry

Cold hamburger, large chili half filled, more like a small chili when you’re paying for a large chili, very disappointed. I believe this store pre-makes food near closing time, because my chili was also cold.

Seemed like the employees didn’t really want too help with anything that a walk in customer might need like the drink cups that were ordered and please don’t ask for mayonnaise they will lose their mind

Maria is an awesome manager. Might be the best manager of the Wendy’s although the breakfast manager is really good too. They take great care of local Brighton people as well as travelers.
