I love Wendy’s, but this was by far the worst Wendy’s burger I have ever had. The woman taking our order seemed genuinely pissed off that she even had to talk to us and had a serious attitude the entire time. The guy who handed us our food looked just as irritated, like giving customers their order was some kind of inconvenience.
It was ridiculous. And when you actually look at the burger, it explains everything — it was pathetic. Burnt to the point of being dry and barely edible. Honestly, this is probably the single worst burger I’ve ever had from any Wendy’s. The picture is a Dave’s double. It looks like it was off the $1 menu and so ridiculously small.
This was my first time at this location, but between the food and the staff’s attitude alone, I have zero desire to ever go back. Pretty upset Wendy’s let me down.

Woman at the front register was absolutely KILLING it today. She didn’t have anyone helping her fill the lunch rush orders but she got it all handled quickly. She was super kind and patient to customers through it all. Keep employees like her happy. We dined in the west dining area, it was super clean and the gentleman cleaning was friendly also.

The reason I gave this particular restaurant such little marks was because I decided to get a frosty with a combo meal which was a double cheeseburger medium fries and a medium Frosty for $14. The medium Frosty was not even close to full. I asked the window attendant if they would fill it and they said no, that it would cost me extra. I said it wasn’t even close to full and they remarked that I got more than I should have. It was in a plastic cup that was made for Frosties and it was only about 2/3 full. She said that it only should go up to the line. I don’t understand the reasoning for that. Why waste the plastic on making a cup larger than its supposed to be only to fill it part way and subject themselves to complaints. Totally ridiculous, furthermore I don’t understand why she cared so much about preserving their Frosty stockpile. Just take care of the customer.

This has nothing to do with piercings or self-expression. It has everything to do with hygiene. The employee serving food had visibly dirty, crusted facial piercings and poor overall cleanliness. It was extremely off-putting and made me feel sick.

Not usually one to complain about fast food— but the last 4 times I’ve gotten chili through this drive-through the beans are under cooked, very crunchy. I spend five dollars each time for a bowl of inedible chili- NOT OKAY.
Within the last month, I’ve also had raw chicken served through this drive-through.
I always try to get fast food the benefit of the doubt, and also being the only place open late at night It’s hard to say no — But I’ve truly wasted my last hard earned dollar here.

For a typical fast food place, it’s per standard. The staff are nice and helpful with any questions. They also work hard maintaining both the drive-thru and the walk-in lines.

2 people ahead of me and waited at for at least 10 minutes before putting my order in. Cashier kept touching his hair and readjusting his visor while he was handing people’s orders out. Also explained to me that they have a button that unlocks the bathroom so they can “at least keep track of who makes a mess in there.” Gross…

I went late at night and ordered a baconator. After a long wait with myself and one other car in line, I received two slices of bread with a piece of chicken in between with Ketchup soaked into the bun and chicken to the point it was dry. It looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and they just threw it in the bag and said good enough. I’ve had my fair share of messed up orders, but this thing isn’t even on the menu. I tossed it and ate a fried egg instead.
