This place… ugh. Between the AI ordering which be so real with me right now. The service still takes forever. I purchased the keychain for free frostys and didn’t get it. The line takes forever for just a few cars and the ordering has become a nightmare with the AI system. I want my keychain and for Wendy’s to stop using AI if the process is still going to take longer

The food was absolutely disgusting. All food looked as if it had been sitting around over night. Egg yokes were green. Cheese looked plastic. Biscuits were rock hard. Potato wedges tasted refried and dried out. The cinnamon pull parts were cold and hard. The sausuage looked yuck was cold and felt rubbery. I had to circle around because they forgot one of our potatoe wedges. I would have circled back a third time to complain in person….but I had to get to work. Needless to say we are still hungry and can’t wait to eat lunch somewhere where the food is edible.

Terrible customer service experiences at this location. First time I came in there was another guy trying to get a refund for undercooked chicken, had pictures of the clearly raw meat he was served. And the managers couldn’t care less to actually help him. I made the mistake of coming back today just to pick up a mobile order and the cashier was so rude. Did not greet me or say one word when handing me my food, and closed the window on me three times before giving me my entire order, which was literally a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Then i get back to work and pull out my food and it looks so lazily thrown together, my baconator fries had barely any cheese and the bacon wasnt even cut up.

Totally bummed that Wendy’s has this location even open. JBC has a sad amount of bacon and they don’t give out sauce with a meal. Pretty ridiculous!

A good percent of the time the food here comes out COLD OR STALE my fries were so over cooked and sitting for so long they were like toast and all my Hamburgers were cold. Too many irresponsible young kids and obviously members of management who have no shame for their work ethics. Glad my momma raised me better!! And I have to agree with some of these other reviews.My son said it looked like his chicken.Nuggets have been eaten too. obviously they got problems in that store, They could care less about. Bad management!!!!!

Worst Wendy’s to go to in Thornton! Skipped my order and proceeded to give me attitude and say I didn’t pay for it! Later tried to come at me for not “paying attention” when the lady said she handed it out to the wrong person! Later got escorted out it wasn’t necessary! I came to then respectful then I got kicked out great .

My mom and i have gone to breakfast at the Wendy’s on 88th and Washington several times and we love the food, service and cleanliness of the resturant. Julia has helped us many times and she always so helpful, polite and makes sure the resturant is in good order.

Was told to use the kiosk to order because they didn’t have anyone working up front. I don’t use the kiosk because you can’t make a junior cheeseburger deluxe into a combo or substitute chili for fries from the kiosk. After being told to use the kiosk 2 employees stood in front of the cash register talking and joking. They don’t seem to know how to print a receipt from kiosk orders either. The kiosk stated that we get the receipt from the counter.spent over $60 dollars and the food was just so-so.

HORRIBLE service, employees are just straight disrespectful. Worst Wendy’s in Thornton. Employee blamed customer for skipping her order after explaining that they received no receipt. Employee asked for bank info proving they have bought their food(unnecessary), later got escorted out
