Jamie was amazing! She provided service above and beyond any other location I have been to! Thank you again Jamie for being an amazing manager! Keep up the great work! If you haven’t been to this Wendy’s definitely recommend stopping in! Not only was the establishment very clean, but the service was stellar. Most importantly the food was provided accurate and fast. Jamie had freckles and pigtails and looked like a real life Wendy!

Walking up to the register was not greeted, was stared at but not helped. All the employees were just standing talking the entire time in the restaurant not cleaning nor wanting to take our order. Had to walk away from the counter and come back in order to get helped. Gave my order then was stared at not asking if I wanted the meal or anything else. There was still Christmas playing very loudly not only you could the music the employees were playing behind the register.

If a customer asks for a salad with an ingredient taken off, the customer needs to be told that the salad is premade and the ingredients will be picked off so that the customer can make informed choices. Many people have severe allergies and intolerances and just taking off an ingredient will not suffice. Y’all can literally put people in the hospital by not informing them I ordered my salad with no cheese and nothing was mentioned to me about the cheese being on the salad but picked off, a fact I had not learned until after I arrived home to eat the salad. Had I known that, I would have just not ordered the salad in the first place.

This Wendy’s is no place for seniors!
I drove through for lunch. While waiting to get my order, a delivery truck came and parked on the edge of the lot. Apparently, I must have irritated the delivery guy. As I waited to move through the pick-up line he began yelling and cursing at me stating that I was in his way. He even called me out of my vehicle so he could fight. Wow! His perfect straight shot from his delivery truck to the back door of Wendy’s MAY have been impeded by 1 or 2 feet at most, while as a restaurant customer, I waited for my food.
He continued his rant by saying he would get me, but that it really didn’t matter because I would be dead soon (I am 67). Then he started trashing talking my wife yelling things, including she cheats on me.
This vendor’s actions, right there in the parking lot, created a very memorable image for the company he represents – Harvest Distributing, Inc. His actions also reflected negatively on the quality of suppliers Wendy’s utilizes. Wendy’s should use vetted suppliers, not small start-ups. Most importantly, customer safety is now an issue, especially for seniors who might be considering patronizing that restaurant.
To close, as a former Wendy’s restaurant manager in Highlands Ranch, I am extremely disappointed that a situation like this occurred and was allowed.

Poor Service , Bad presentation, I ordered the grilled chicken ranch wrap. It looked I like it was made yesterday it was cold and not properly wrapped . Fries were saggy. Not coming back here again. Wrap didn’t even have enough chicken. Wasted my money.

Went through the drive through. We ordered our food. We got cold fries, cold chicken nuggets.
I have prepared hamburgers almost cold. We did not check our food before leaving. We just started going down the road. What happened to going through the drive through and getting good food. Instead, they just give you what they don’t want or overmade.

Affordable decent food. Both Taco Salad and Southwest Salads were good. The place was clean amd not many people there for a Sunday. Think this place is great for inflation conscience people. You get a lot for a low price.

Best Wendy’s in the area. Hands down they meet all corporate standards. The staff is great at their jobs and very friendly. The Managers are also very cool. Make sure to use the app.

I would give 0 star if I can. We were the only car here and still need to wait for a half hour to get our food.
When we get home, guess what?! They messed up our order AGAIN! Last time they didn’t give us nuggets and told us unless we drove back we can’t get our money back. This time both spicy chicken sandwiches are non spicy, and the regular nuggets we ordered for our 3-year-old, we end up got spicy nuggets. The bacon cheeseburger is totally a joke! I don’t expect to get what’s shown on your commercial, but you can do better than this!
It’s our 5th or 6th time ordering from here, they never made things right once! Shame on us for coming back to this Wendy’s again.
