Restaurant is usually clean on the inside. I ordered a baconator meal and the sandwich had 1 thin slice of bacon on it split in two….definitely not as advertised or as ive had in the past. Attempted to call them immediately and 3 days in a row and nobody answers the phone. So no service once you leave (drive thru). Completed the survey to get a response and that didnt happen either. If you go, check your order thoroughly before pulling away.

Awful. The hamburger bun was so hard and dry, lettuce was like leftovers at the bottom of the bin from a previous day, almost no ketchup and the Mayo tasted old. By far one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life. DO BETTER!!!!

Friendly staff, fresh food, and very timely!!! This location is the best Wendy’s I’ve visited. The staff is wonderful, particularly Maria, who made my experience so pleasant. Felt like I was visiting a chick fil a for breakfast, but it was Sunday! Had a yummy egg and cheese biscuit, biscuits and gravy, and some seasoned potatoes. Very delicious!

I am amazed how nice the staff was, the food was amazing and tasted so fresh, and the restaurant was so clean. It isn’t a new store but has an atmosphere of a new store. Thanks to that manager for treating my Hannah with so much respect. Thank you!

Unprofessional dirty employees I know they might be struggling and that they are trying their best but when you’re so unkept and dirty in simple hygiene to the point it makes me loose my appetite it’s becoming a problem that you’re making other people’s grown adults shouldn’t need hygiene promps or not be able to do basic hygiene things like wash their hands pretty disgusting and disappointing

I got the 10 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were good, the fries were over salted, but the drink was a disappointment. I paid a good amount for the lemonade to be mostly ice. I should be able to get more than 4 gulps from the drink.

It’s been a year since I went there because of my frustration of them getting my order wrong every time. Gave them another go and made it home with a 1/3 of my order missing. Another $10 donated to this restaurant. I love the chain, but can’t understand how this restaurant on Kinner St. has gotten every single order wrong in the last 10 years of going there. Great basic Wendy’s. Nothing too special so that’s why I gave it a 4. My #3 nuggets and fries and lemonade tasted delicious. My dad’s salad was good, and my sisters fries and chocolate frosty (small) was delicious. Nothing really else to say.
