I recently moved to the area and wanted to try this restaurant again. I used to come here 5 or 6 years ago while visiting friends in Menifee and loved it then. Today was my second meal in the past week, both meals were excellent. I came with my granddaughter, and she also loved her meal.

She ordered the combination #7 – chicken taquitos with black beans; and I ordered the carnitas burrito wet with green sauce.

We have been to Carnitas many times over the years and have generally enjoyed the service. Our most recent visit was awful. The restaurant side was nearly empty and the bar side was less than half full. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 drinks and 2 waters. We never got the waters. We had a question about an item on the menu and were told he would check, he didn’t and never checked back with us to take our order. We decided to leave and got our bill, $32 for 2 drinks.

Gabriela is the best waitress ever! Very professional, considerate and kind. She forgot to ask a few things but no one is perfect.
The food was extremely excellent and fair priced good specials. Big burritos and large portions. Clean Restaurant and Restroom. Very nice employees and great cooks. Juice expensive but delicious mix of orange juice and cranberry juice. Gabriela was happy to accommodate.

Food was lacking flavor this time. Service was good and restaurant was clean. Half of my order never showed up, they removed from the bill. Lots of choices and they do have a bar with sports on screens. They have lota of beer selections and even a happy hour special. Fries and pancakes are always a good choice. The nachos were lacking.

It’s not everyday you can find a go to place tacos but this place has beat all expectations! We found this place on an advertisement for the area and we were craving some tacos to check it out. Their menu is a typical Mexican place with tons of options and they have some great specials for tacos.
We got a few tacos types, all the plates come with rice and beans. Fantastic choices and taste and some great salsa to mix it. Reasonable prices too!

First time here. I had the Carnitas plate and my son had the Chile Verde plate. We both enjoyed our meals. Chips and salsa was also good. Our waitress was awesome along with the service. We came for dinner but we plan to visit them for breakfast very soon. We will be back.

Update 8/16/24 Breakfast.
Went to breakfast here for the first time and it was excellent. They had different sides options for me to keep my carb count low due to my diabetes. Excellent server and I had the best carnitas omelette. We will be back.

Just moved to menifee, was looking for my go-to restaurant/bar, and i believe i found it. My food was absolutely delicious! First time time here, and I was not disappointed. My waitress was very nice and was on it with refills of drinks and chips! I love the portion size of the meals. Lunch portion was enough for my teenager.
