This is not my “normal” Wendy’s which is always out of plain baked potatoes. This location has NEVER been out of them. Super nice window crew and great listeners when it comes to getting your order correctly filled. Very nice. And lovely canopy of mature trees under which to snack and take a break. Very clean. Good job, folks! A notch above!

Food is consistent but customer service is mediocre at best. No one has ever said hi or thank you or have a nice evening. Basically gives the total, card back, and then hands you the food. No other words by any of the staff when I have been through the past 4 times. Please train your staff on better customer service. I know fast food jobs are not awesome, but I have worked at many fast food places in my younger years and customer service was #1 priority. It is also disappointing not to offer any vegan or vegetarian items on your menu.

Logan was very nice. I asked for the seasonal fruit that is listed on the menu but he said they did not have it. He solved the problem by offering apples. He also gave us an extra drink! He was very polite and said he appreciated our service. He also ensured the spelling of my name for the order.

The staff was amazing took my order. It was 10:15 at night. The told me rhey were waiting. On frys and when got the chicken parm. The girl told me be careful. The food just come out if the fryer and would be hot. Hands down the best night staff. A hugw thank you to the staff. For taking care of me and my son.
