I have ordered delivery from this location and they have never gotten it correct – tonight was the last time I will spend money with this company. I ordered a Dave’s double, spicy nuggets with ranch, French fries, and a chocolate Oreo brownie frosty. What did I receive? Great question. I received a Dave’s double, regular nuggets w/ BBQ sauce, no French fries, and a vanilla frosty. How do you forget 1/4 of the order and then mess up 2/3 items that actually got provided? I have never been so impressed by incompetence at a fast food restaurant, and that bar is already on the floor. Wendy’s managed to lower the bar somehow though – a truly remarkable feat.
Back again 05Mar2026 (my mistake – I admit). I ordered a Dave’s double with no mayo and all the veggies. I received someone else’s bacon something or other covered in tablespoons of mayo making the entire sandwich trash.
I nominate the mop in the corner to take over as manager. Lower cost, equal efficacy.

They always make you pull forward to the trash can, even when there is no one behind you. I know they’re just juicing their number. It’s usually because they don’t have something ready which is often. Like today they didn’t have potatoes ready for the breakfast combo. Why no? Every combo comes with potatoes. One time I pulled up to get a baked potato and they said it would take 30min. I told them “I guess we’re waiting 30min”. It didn’t take 30 min.

I usually enjoy eating at Wendy’s, but my most recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I placed a very simple order: a sandwich with no tomato and no mayonnaise. I even double-checked with the cashier to make sure those changes were noted. They nodded and assured me it would be made the way I asked.
When I got my food and sat down to eat, I noticed immediately that there was a big slice of tomato right on the sandwich—exactly what I asked them to leave off. Not only that, but it was also slathered in mayonnaise, which I specifically said I didn’t want. It might seem like a small thing to some people, but I have dietary preferences (and honestly, I just hate mayonnaise). It completely ruined the taste of the sandwich for me.
I had to take it back to the counter, and although the staff remade it, there was no apology, no acknowledgment that they’d made a mistake. I had to wait again while my friends were already eating, and by the time I got my corrected sandwich, I wasn’t even hungry anymore.
Wendy’s has good food, but experiences like this really affect customer trust. If someone takes the time to customize their order, it should be respected. I hope they train their staff to pay more attention moving forward. This isn’t just about a tomato—it’s about caring enough to get it right.

FOOD POISONING!!!! THEY GAVE ME AN OLD BLACK HAMBURGER SHRIVELED UP MEAT GOD KNOWS HOW OLD WON’T EVEN BE GOOD FOR CHILLING MEAT. The hamburger meat was all shoveled up and completely black the french fries were cold they refuse to give me a receipt said that I already threw it in the trash but when I get it out of the trash they were rude and mean and bullying me because I look like I was homeless I was completely mistreated when I just got done from taking a trip from Loveland from over Christmas I had two bags of clothes with me I am not homeless I was just traveling for the holidays they were completely rude and mean to me and even poisoned me assuming that I’m homeless I can only imagine what the homeless really go through they’re mean to anyone who looks like they’re homeless after eating here and seeing the old black meat not even an hour later I was throwing up and pooping I was so sick to my stomach I had a sharp pain in my stomach like it could even be possibly E coli do not eat at this Wendy’s you will be sick they claim that they’re fresh but they’re not fresh old cold fries and shriveled up black meat seriously made me sick for 2 days with food poisoning I’ve never felt such a pain in my stomach before in my life it was gut-wrenching like I was being stabbed with a knife they don’t care about how to treat people and they don’t care about the quality of the food they are awful people and they have awful food the most disgusting cold nasty old food but I was so tired and hungry I ate it anyway like an idiot and they refuse to give me a receipt so I could get a new hamburger I will never be eating at this god-awful place again they suck being bullied by a 15-year-old boy with humiliating you have to fight just to use the bathroom it’s ridiculous that they have taken my dignity away from me as a human being what is the world come to this place makes me sick physically and emotionally to sick they really should be shut down for the lack of quality of food they had their AC running in the lobby because their managers 300 lb who runs the AC in the middle of the winter anyway I was freezing cold and hungry I just wanted to get something to eat and be on my way I will think twice before I stop at this place again if I ever even come back again what a disgrace

Absolutely hate that this Wendy’s is now putting shredded lettuce on their burgers. Changes the entre entirely. The brown spots on the nearly all white shredded lettuce are also disgusting. I will not be returning until they stop this practice.

I decided to grab breakfast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal, as my side, I ordered apples. In my apples was a fly. He was missing his leg. It was at the bottom of the cup. He was still alive and flying around inside the apples. The website lists a chat feature you can use for customer service, but it doesn’t actually work when you click on it.
This was enough to make me sick. I know you could miss things, but it leads me to wonder how many flies are in the kitchen if they don’t even notice them in the food.
