I came for lunch to find the person taking order was also serving customers. He was very polite and the kitchen seems to run efficient. The reason for the low score is because the guy taking orders and also serving myself and others was not wearing gloves. I suggested to him that he should probably be wearing gloves if he’s serving customers as well as taking orders. He compromised with me to put gloves on for my order “only”. He then removed his gloves and proceeded to serve other customers. Isn’t this a health violation?

This Wendy’s just keeps getting better. The staff is very patient, very quick, very kind and positive. I’m not a huge Wendy’s guy but considering the local McDonald’s is famously one of the worst McDonald’s ever, I tend to come here a lot. They handle dietary restrictions very professionally. One bummer is I’ll get off work and crave some fries, and I’m diabetic so it’s rare for me to let myself enjoy fries, and they are cold the moment I took the bag. Just a bummer cause I just wasted my money on a rare treat and their fries are great when they aren’t sitting for hours and get a too-short reheat. Considering how easy and fast it is to make fast food fries, this brings the review from 5 stars to 3. Hope next time I get fries they are the good Wendy’s fries like the past, but probably won’t let myself have fries for a few months again.

Glob of glue for gravy obviously they didn’t make it right, they got my order wrong also and I was the only customer there! Had breakfast at other wendys it was good, this restaurant is awful we literally threw it in the trash then went to chik fil a , should have went there to begin with!!

The service was friendly, the place was pretty clean overall, but part of my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was RAW.

I’m in town for business to see customers, I don’t work for some big company, I pay my own expenses and to lose two days of business when you’re traveling to see customers is quite painful financially. Hotels and other travel expenses aren’t free.
When I showed it to the manager, she was very polite and professional. She apologized and gave me a refund and seemed truly sorry that it happened. I have a feeling that the deep fryer they were using was probably low on oil and the chicken wasn’t fully submerged, the other part of it was cooked perfectly.
I eat at Wendy’s about once a month on average, but I’ll be staying away from all fast food for a while, I personally don’t like salmonella.

Kicked everybody out early after saying we had time to eat. Wouldn’t have ordered if they’re wasn’t time to eat. Was refunded but overall the staff are just way too stressed about putting fries in the bag.
