This place is awful! Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. They’ve had 6 people standing at the register and refused to take any more orders until they had cleared the other ones out. They get orders consistently wrong. I was there last night and the 3 people ahead of me all got wrong orders. One group after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take their order. There is one person who works there that it’s unclear if they are male or female. That is beside the point, but he/she is the rudest person I’ve had the misfortune to come across in a long time. This person is as rude to the customers as they are to their coworkers. I do not eat there but I’m a food delivery person, so sometimes it’s unavailable. But I won’t waste my money there and be treated shabbily.

I have always liked Wendys but there for a while this location was on the struggle bus. There was always long lines and the restaurant was always a little dirty for my liking. However two visits in a row at lunch, I’ve gone through the drive through and received my food SO FAST and it’s been super fresh and hot both times. I just felt like y’all need to know it’s night and day from what it was years ago. Way to go Wendy’s!

THEY HAVE ROACHES!! I just went to this Wendy’s. I decided to go inside since the driver thru was packed and I was trying to get to work on time. They were also pretty busy on the inside so I was waiting right by the counter for someone to take my order and that’s when I saw one of the workers who I assume was a manager bagging orders and witnessed a ROACH crawling on her shirt. I left so quickly. I understand things happen but if the infestation gets that bad where roaches are crawling on you in THE LIGHT something needs to be done. This is a health hazard and I hope the health department makes them fix this issue cuz that was absolutely disgusting

I ordered 2 chili cheese fries and a triple Dave’s burger with no pickle they charged my card for a triple but gave me a double I tried to call the store no answer and I called corporate no answer I just want my refund back to my card which is on the receipt I kade this order on February 13th around 330 I also had a large strawberry shake if the owner is seeing this I deserve to have my whole refund back

Customer service was very rude only 1 girl was very nice upon arrival the guy on the speaker sounded very annoyed and wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying instead just interrupted every time and assumed it was what I wanted spoke too fast seeming as if he had somewhere to be . I didn’t know if I was a Wendy’s or the circus. Lady behind the counter looked like Ronald McDonald’s daughter with her orange hair… Dude cooking food had neon green hair. I’ve never seen fast food workers so rude. Ronald’s daughter had 4 people waiting to order food and she was just meandering around like she hated her job… Needless to say, I won’t be back. Food was cold and order was incorrect… As rude as she was when we ordered, I wasn’t about to go back up there and complain.

Food was cold. Fries were limp, nuggets looked and tasted old. The girl who took my order had an attitude at the speaker and at the window. She shoved the food at me. She lacked customer service skills. The only good thing that came out of this trip was the chili which was good and HOT. Do better Wendy’s!
