Don’t eat here. They serve food that has been sitting around for who knows how long. A few times I was served hard chicken strips that were balled up with half cooked batter coating the inside, the fries were luke warm and soggy, and once, the biscuit was so hard it was inedible. The last time I ate here was at 8:30 pm when I asked the young woman who typically works on drive-thru if I could have 3 fresh tenders and fries. They don’t close until 10 and she refused to ask the cook. The manager was standing right beside her allowing her to berate me for asking for fresh food. When he finally “agreed” to make fresh food ( they probably refried chicken that was already sitting) the woman looked at me, said something in their language and everyone on their side of the counter began laughing. The way this situation was handled was unnecessary and absolutely unacceptable.

The quality at this Popeyes location has truly went down hill. The food taste like someone purchased store bought food and cooked it themselves. Mash taste like dry instant potatoes. The chicken definitely does not taste like the Popeyes recipe. I will not visit this location again. Waste of money.

I placed a mobile order at this location and received a notification that it was ready. I arrived around 5:45 PM, but when I got there, my order was not prepared. I informed an employee, and he told me to wait. After waiting approximately 30 minutes with no update or food, I ended up leaving around 6:15 PM and requesting a refund. It’s frustrating to rely on the mobile app timing and still experience that kind of delay without communication. I hope this location can improve its order management and customer service.

Got spicy chicken tenders and fries. The tenders had no flavor, didn’t even taste like chicken and were cold on top of not being spicy. The fries I got were also cold and didn’t have much flavor. I will NOT return.

I called in an order and it gave me a pick up time. It was about a half hour out. When I got there the order wasn’t ready and I had to wait about 20 more minutes. Get home with the order and start taking it out of the bags and it is not my order. I packed it back up and drove back to the store. My order was still sitting there. No apology was given, was just handed the correct order.

I passed by so many restaurants in the same vicinity before deciding on Popeyes because it’s been more than a year since I had it. Where did they go wrong? It was NOT the Popeyes I was used to. EVERYTHING was disgusting. The chicken tasted like fried water, the rice and beans tasted like water, the Pepsi was nothing but carbonated water and the hot sauce packets literally had 2 small droplets in it. I was super pisses off for pay $16 for food that wasn’t edible. That place needs to be SHUTDOWN!

Well we order threw the app and when we got there 30 min after we place the order it was still not done . As we get hour food everything is fine besides the fries and we are local residents to Crestwood . The fries were dried out not really fresh and not filled to what we paid for and we gave them extra time to get this stuff right I need to be spoken to about this cuz this is not acceptable and I’ve been part of management the quality off food need to be better

The workers very slow and they didn’t give me and my co-worker what we ordered, we ordered white meat and they gave us dark. I ask for mild they gave me spicy. The only thing they got right was the sparkle packages, the chicken look like it was sitting all day or fried in old grease also by time we got our food it was cold. Service was horrible. Never going back to that location again they get a one star from us

DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE! I got food poisoning from the bad chicken. I received a 5 piece. ALL the meat was horribly dry and and dark. I threw it all away after I tasted some of the chicken. I had to call off work the next day. I didn’t eat any of the rice and beans. It came 3/4 empty and the biscuits were hard as bricks. They’ve had a COOK FOR HIRE sign up for 6 mths plus. Let that be a warning I didn’t take.

My red beans and rice was cold. No type of heat was radiating from the lid. The chicken was not spicy at all. It taste like they mixed the wrong ingredients in this batch. Nothing was good overall. This site is lacking direction and if they don’t plan on implementing continuous improvement they might was well close this location. I will never be back. Highly disappointed.
