Shout out to the young man that works @Wendys!! He is always so kind, never seen him with a “long face” or being rude!! I didnt get his name but Ive seen him in the mornings taking the drive thru orders,he always wishes you a good day and is super polite! I just wanted to say to mom,DAD), You should be proud you raised a nice young boy! And to this young man, keep up like this, we need more young people like you(I’m sure there are a lot) ✨

Awful customer service at the drive thru starting with the lady with the Dora the Explorer hair not even says thank you when receiving payment. Then the pickup window worse lady with a frowny face just sticks out her hands gives me the order and drink and slams her window!!! Not even a thank you again I mean if you are going to drag to your workplace your problems or issues don’t show up or at least try to be courteous and friendly to us!! Shame on them awful attitudes !!

The service is always trash. The drive through rushes you through your order rudely and acts like they better things to do than be at work with no customer service skills. Then you get to the window not one word from anyone just hand you your food without a word and when you ask for a straw because they forgot it you might as well be a terrorists. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Really hope they get a manager that changes things and teaches the kids that work their some manners and customer service. Your store is a reflection of your leadership.

The food is hot and tasty when it’s done right. Typically the orders are wrong especially when going througt the drive thru. Multiple times I’ve gotten home and order was wrong, or outright given something that I didn’t order. So as stated before when the food is made to order and the correct order is given, food is great. Quality control for the orders and food is lacking, however when they get it right it’s good.
