Pretty disappointing. I stopped in there a few weeks ago to try their new chicken tenders but they were out. Their menu has 3 screens but two of them have been our for months now. The restaurant is really not very clean. I had to go by 3 or 4 dirty tables to find one that was clean (and the place was empty at the time too).
I did try the new chicken tenders, they were pretty good. However, the obvious lack of care is quite evident. It doesn’t make it someplace you’d want to visit.

Great service and staff! We had a mobile order, and they gave us the drink cups early because the food was not ready. Then, they threw in an extra fries with the food. Thanks!

We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches combo meals. The fries were all old and lukewarm and fairly unsalted. I asked for no tomato or lettuce on mine and it came with both. The chicken and bread were old and seemed like they had been sitting under the heating lamp for quite a long time. My half-n-half tea also tasted old.
We came a little before 6pm 8/21, so it’s prime dinner time. We probably wont be returning.

I’ve been a customer since they opened this location. This is the best it’s been operated. Carlos and Carolina – the rest of the staff have done a great job getting the orders right with fresh prepared meals. Congrats y’all!

The staff was courteous and focused on their work. Very busy during the time I was there but food was fresh. It was almost unreal how calm the atmosphere (for as busy as they were). The young man at the counter was attentive and doing his best.

I just arrived at the drive-through at 11:40pm. I was greeted with a, “we are closed”. When I responded with the hours saying they were open until midnight, the only response was, “we close at 11:30.”
So I went to the door to see if hours were posted. Wouldn’t you know, it says midnight all over their door.

This is a bad location with unhappy employees. They seem motivated to get my order wrong which is hilarious to me. Chewy bacon, missing nuggets, I ask for no mayo? I get extra mayo. Whoever owns this spot does not care. Not a huge deal but definitely disappointed. Oh well

This place is a dump. Booths and tables are always dirty. The overhead menus are never working. Wendy’s in general is a rip off, $11 for a 10 piece nugget meal?! Ridiculous. Done with this location.
