Once again lousy donuts, this time it was one of them was not what was ordered and one had a chunk out of it. The excuses given by staff were the donuts look alike and they stick together. In the end it didn’t matter as two of them were inedible due to the thick glaze on them which made eating them like eating pure sugar.

My daughter was excited to get an ice coffee. She is from out of town so she enjoys going to Tim Hortons when she visits. I ordered an iced chai. It was horrible, had a disgusting aftertaste, almost tasted like cherry cough syrup. I let my daughter taste it and she agreed that it was awful. I should have returned it but I didn’t want to be that person.

I have had issues at this location before with messed up orders… but I went the long route and emailed customer service and got little response, just confirmation that I was heard.
I’m not trying to be all Karen so I’ll just note that if you do go to this location, the order may be wrong, happens a bit. When it does happen, the workers act like it’s wild to be called out for it. Just a bit awkward.
I am only giving 2 stars because the food that is right tastes good.

Came through drive through to pick up my order and was told they didnt have it and then promptly slammed the window in my face with no further questions so i had to go inside. Incredibly rude to just shut it in someones face. Was a woman with brown hair.

I haven’t been to Tim’s in a while but this one is one of them best places I can go. I love to go here, hang out, and talk with everyone l, and I love seeing everyone and their faces and families. No one is sad at Tim’s. Everyone is constantly l, daily, by the second, filled with so much over powering Joy and childish whimsy at Mr. Hortons, so over powering you can feel it when you walk through the door… It is the place you need to go when you need a nice little snack, for example, the time bites. Yes, they are small, but their size doesn’t describe the taste of delicious Deli Brown Donut. A multiple, multitude of flavors, and sometimes there is even some limited flavors, it’s always going to be so good you want to come back for more, every day, for every meal. If you don’t believe me, check my last receipt! Haha. Just kidding, don’t do that… I just love me some good T.M. (nope- not like from pokemon- it’s stands for “Tim Hortens”) on a day, it’s from a Canada, and the best time to have it is in the fall, when the sunrise is rising above that big beautiful T.M.s sign.

No one could decide if they carried oat milk.Finally they said they do I placed my order with two drinks made with oatmilk. I wish they would have used it before I ended up with dairy and lost what little I was able to before I became extremely sick to my stomach since I am allergic to dairy. One of the other drinks that was ordered was ordered with extra whipped cream the cup was not even filled close to the top ordered extra whip glad I ordered it because otherwise we could have never had any. It was such a large amount (about the size of a quarter). The person making the food was busy texting and then going back to preparing food without changing gloves….At least the one drink was partially right not that anyone wanted to drink anything after watching me get sick. we will never ever go back to this Tim Hortons again. Employees need to know that some people are highly allergic to dairy and that is why they ask for an alternative.! Thanks for a milk induced sick day!

I’ve never had fresh Timbits from this location before. Then today, online says its open (which it should be at 10:53am on a Sunday), but you can’t go inside and the line is 12 cars back for the drive thru. I love Tim Hortons.. but this one is not good.

I used to come through everyday, but this location consistently DOES NOT add extra espresso when i ask and pay for it. One particular manager “Brittany” would rather argue with customers than to correct the issue when brought to her attention. I also did not get a receipt, and when I called to complain, the GM “Christina” said “We do not hand out receipts unless you ask for it.”
Umm what!? Thats just wild.. I wouldn’t hand out receipts to customers that would leave a bad review either..

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Order a peppermint iced coffee, tasted like black coffee. Bagel with strawberry cream cheese, hardly any cream cheese AT ALL. I politely asked for some more and they threw a fit questioning why yelling at me saying to let me see the bagel I showed that BOTH side are almost empty told me too bad so I went to leave and they’re continuously yelling as we walked out the door. I asked for a large hot black coffee with 1-4 room for cream and they gave me One cream. I had to ask multiple time for more cream for them to look at me like I was stupid.
