Drive-through at Wendy’s, then White and Metropolis the food is old and cold I chipped my tooth on the bacon this is unacceptable! I expect fresh food that’s what I pay for and the lady at the window was rushing me out of there bad service all the way around.

Car was broken into during the recent ice storm.
Parked along the side by the entry door. Went in to for the family after work. When you at the register you are in a huge blind spot. They knew when I was out of site. Theifs took off and went to walmart and went on a shopping spree. My car was on camera too.

Mexican lady at the drive thru very rude , didn’t even ask us what size we wanted and automatically charged us a LG then when they forget a simple crispy chicken she gives us a attitude and continues on by giving us attitude because we asked for sauce for our 10 pc. This is ridiculous this isn’t the first time neither im tired and my spouse is tired of being treated like this every time at this location , action needs to be taken. I don’t know if the Drive-Thru speaker was broken but i asked for a value fries and small free water. The charged me for a large fry and kids drink the guy at the window was getting irritated so I told him just forget about it. I paid for my order and left. Avoid this Wendy’s they’ll charge you for free water. Smh .

Tried to redeem free fires at checkout but the female didn’t know what she was doing when i showed her the scan code for it. So paid for fries i was hoping we’re gonna be free. I asked for large fry and my buddy got a combo, tell me why this is what a large fry looks like. My buddy has ate a few of his but i barely pulled it outta my bag, more like a small if you ask me. No salt on either fries. Completely unsatisfied. @wendys needs to figure out whats happening at this location because it ain’t it.

A year later food was ok, i didnt have to yell at the speaker this time and my order was right. There was no line in the drive thru so you know semi warm fries. It was good and the food quality is still good for fast food. OLD review:”The fries were warm and crispy and the burger was good even though it was wrong. The guy asked me if i wanted the single or double so i said double and no onions he said ok. Well burger came as a single with onions. If they got it right maybe better rating but i was the only one in the drive thru and maybe 4 people inside. It wasnt busy cause i got my food quick.”

I’m running out of accounts to rate y’all one star with. It shouldn’t take multiple minutes hand me an order placed in advance. The entire purpose of placing an order in advance is so the order is ready to go when I pull up. Someone your staff is so insanely incompetent they can’t figure it out.
