I’ve been to Máncora Ceviche Bar in Coral Springs several times, and I’ve always had a good experience. The food is consistently delicious, and my favorite dish is the Pescado a lo Macho — full of flavor and perfectly cooked every time. The chicha morada is also amazing and one of my go-to drinks there. On this visit, I tried the Caipirinha cocktail and it was excellent, very refreshing and well balanced. The atmosphere is pleasant, and overall it’s a place I enjoy coming back to because the quality never disappoints.

I’ve been a regular here for the past 4 years, coming 6–10 times a year because the food has consistently been excellent. Unfortunately, my last few visits have been so disappointing that I’m not sure I’ll return unless things change.
On my most recent visit:
Every table was dirty when we walked in.
Multiple staff members visibly made annoyed faces the moment customers entered.
I watched four separate families/groups walk in, look around, and immediately turn around and leave — exactly what I did on my previous visit.
The food itself was still good (as always), but the overall experience has become unpleasant and unwelcoming. It feels like the staff are bothered by customers showing up rather than happy to serve them.
I really hope the owner reads this. Your food is a draw that keeps people coming back — but you need to be more present and actively manage the front-of-house atmosphere, cleanliness, and staff attitude. Right now those basics are driving loyal customers (and new ones) straight back out the door.
I’d love to keep supporting this spot, but it has to feel like the staff want us there.

Unfortunately, my experience at Mancora Ceviche Bar was disappointing. While the restaurant itself is spacious, the service left much to be desired. There was no effort to explain the menu, recommend dishes, or make us feel welcome. The staff seemed disinterested, and the overall attention lacked the warmth and professionalism expected at a place that presents itself as a ceviche bar.

The food was just average—not bad, but certainly not memorable. The decor was underwhelming and didn’t match the ambiance one would expect from a Peruvian seafood restaurant. Even the servers’ attire felt out of place, giving the impression of a casual diner rather than a dining experience.

With so much potential and a great location, it’s a shame the service and atmosphere don’t live up to it. Definitely room for improvement.

Great taste! Every dish is fresh and full of unique flavors. The staff is welcoming, professional, and friendly at the same time. They check on you at appropriate times. The atmosphere is warm you feel a sense of privacy while still enjoying the full view and being seen as well. Great job, Mancora!

Mancora definitely has the best Peruvian food in all of Coral Springs! Not only are the prices very good but so is the quality and quantity of the food. The portion sizes are good and the flavor in each bite is incredible, everything always tastes super fresh. The drinks were made with fresh passion fruit and the size was perfect and well worth it. The service is also always very good from the wait time for a table and for the food, even when it’s packed they always have a good system going on. The location is perfect and has an amazing amount of parking spaces and the decor/vibe of the restaurant is amazing, as is the ambience. The vibes are always high! I would definitely recommend coming here if it’s your first time eating Peruvian food or if you want a new spot for Peruvian food!!

Great place serving delicious traditional Peruvian dishes. Very comfortable space, clean and organized. It looks like it has a space for special events and live music because it has a little stage in the back. Tried the “Linguine A La Huancaina con Lomo Saltado” and to be honest it is the best one I have tried in my whole life so far. Creamy, cooked to perfection, the steak was super soft and full of flavor. They also offer free and open parking. Definitely a must if you are in the Coral Springs area, but they have other location in Ft. Lauderdale and not sure if also somewhere else. Go try it asap!
