Im only Giving 2 stars cause the manager corrected the mistake ( and gave me a gift card) The over night shift needs to be trained there is a young man there who doesn’t know what’s on the menu and when you show him he will disregard you and not apologize but tells me I should have read the menu No young man you should know you’re job I will continue to go to Whataburger where the service is good and correct and for choosing my freedom it would be smart for me to not go there at night time cause me and buddy would have a problem

It’s not the best since the original GM left. It’s very sloppy location. Order taker with headphones in his ear taking our order. Asked us to repeat ourselves multiple times and still got our order wrong. Lacking in food quality and customer service. This place used to be busy as hell and now it’s dead majority of the time.

Everytime I go they leave food off my order. I’m never going back. Waste of money. What you spend at Wendy’s is so overpriced, you can get something much better quality at one of the local, non-fastfood restaurants around Manor.

Everything is a zero in this place, poor customer service, they don’t wait on you unless you are in drive thru, they act very disorganized, twice I’ve walked out because no one acknowledged me. Sloppy sandwiches, dried up potatoes, they just run around like chickens with their head cut off!! No leadership
