I am not a big fan of fast food restaurant. Hubby wanted Wendy’s here we are. But honestly got disgusted! I watch an employee go into the restroom with gloves on… and tell me how in the world did that employee walked out with the same gloves on! He didn’t even wash his hand! Very UNSANITARY! He when along to the kitchen grab himself a fries with the same gloves! So disgusting! Y’all need to train your employees when going to the restroom… you MUST wash your hand, and wash your hands in the kitchen again! Then put a new set of gloves!

It’s ashame. Jorge had this place going a year ago. At that time I left a 5 star review. Today I show up for breakfast at 8:15 on a Saturday and what do you know ? It’s closed. Says on the door open at 7am. All kinds of commercials about the breakfast. Lame owner is only thing I can come up with

There is a major break down here with the management of this location. The line staff appear unresponsive and untrained. The manager is over her head. On two occasions with only 5-6 customers they made a series of errors and delivered food 15-20 minutes after taking an order. They entirely missed making my order because it was “skipped over”.

Spend 5 plus minutes in the drive-thru at the speaker. No one took my order. Walk inside to order the Mexican lady had the burgers done fast, but I don’t know what the hell these other kids were doing. One of the girls kept looking inside my bag, and no, the fries were going to magically appear in there. You actually have to put them in the frie cup and put them in the bag. I’m not coming here again. I probably spent 30 minutes of my life wasted here.

I stopped by Wendy’s on a Sunday night (Father’s Day) after a 4 hour drive, the four young men were working as fast as they could shorthanded. I ordered a Jalapeno Popper salad and waited my 20 minutes patiently, glad I did it’s great would recommend!

I don’t know if it’s the management or the people that they are hiring just not caring about their quality of food, but the food has been terrible for sometime now. They don’t get the orders right but they charge you right!! You get home to find that your french fries are like petrified wood and the sandwich was disgusting and not even what you ordered!! As opposed to driving all the way back in town as I was and fighting the traffic and endless stop lights, I was starving and I fought the fear of another possible food poisoning episode and ate the sandwich, but I couldn’t even finish the fries they were so petrified.
