This Wendy’s never disappoints. It’s always clean and foods always comes out quickly. Cashiers are nice and friendly. The drink station is always clean and well stocked. Restrooms clean and organized. Plenty of parking spaces. They have good specials so food there is not expensive

Don’t know what is wrong with the employees at this location. A couple days ago my husband and I stopped to get breakfast before work and the lady did not greet us, she didnt even look at us while giving us our food in the drive thru. She didnt give us a receipt either. She looked like she had some sort of personal issue, but that should not be taken out on paying customers. Will not be returning to this location after years of stopping here. Id rather take my money elsewhere.

This place is really hit or miss. Some days it’s great other days the staff practically throws your food in the car. The day I’m leaving this review I had a chicken club sandwich w on the BOTTOM of my bun, mayo oozing all over the place & the most nasty burned sugar cookie ever. So gross. Then again, I’ve come to this place before & had “decent” food. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but if you’re in the area this is a toss up if you like surprises

I rarely go to Wendy’s and when I go they are always missing items. They ran out of toys and then offered ice cream. Ordered chocolate then they say they ran out. On top of everything the kids meals are more expensive than McDonald’s or BK. Disappointing.

They were super rude we drive through the cashier everyone overall was super rude at this establishment I go to Wendy’s all the time in McAllen and I have never been treated the way I was treated here in the one in Edinburg customer service is horrible the lady was taking my order while she was taking someone else’s border on the drive-thru she wasn’t even paying attention to me plus my order is wrong she was trying to multitask and did not accomplish anything
