Only Krystal’s keeps their fryer so clean that, as someone who’s worked fast food, I thought to myself these are better than when I made them myself. The staff is always lovely and the food is always hot and never sitting in a warmer waiting to be served. I’ve been stopping in once a week or more for 3 weeks they have consistency, speed, and work ethic. If you are peckish near university and memorial stop by and show some love to my favorite fast food place.

Arrived at the drive thru at 11:30pm and the young lady let me know that the system is down and it will be a 5-10 minute wait. I waited 10 minutes and came to the drive thru line again. She let me know the system is still not working and I asked if they had contacted corporate because i can leave a review and let them know. She said that I would have to leave a lot of reviews for someone to care and it was only 2 of them working. If that is true, please investigate this matter. I love Krystal’s and I had to dine elsewhere. I’m not sure if they did not want to work or if their system is outdated. The store should have closed instead of disappointing customers.
I also want to note that there were no cars in the parking lot and all the lights were on. It seemed as if the store was already closed. A reboot of the “system” should not take more than 10 minutes. Taco Bell across the street were taking all of their customers.

Do not eat here ever in your life. The place looks OK on the outside. On the inside it’s disgusting. Staff are terrible. Ceiling is leaking all over the place. Food is gross. I wanted to try the white castle of the south. You shouldn’t bother.

My review is on this restaurant rarely being open for Dine-in, today a saturday morning, when lots of people like to go out and eat, after 8am and the door is locked once again.
No signage on the door about a change in today’s hours.
Employee standing behind the counter, Just looking at us. He never spoke to us through the door never made any gesture then he walks off…. SO RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Just had the best experience at a Kristal’s in my life. Super friendly staff fast and hot food. Staff definitely went above and beyond. It was Around 2-3pm on Friday if any higher ups see this. These people deserve something for Their excellent service

Ordered 24 cheese Krystals for $56 and some change. The quality and execution were unacceptable relative to the price. The sandwiches were poorly assembled, lacked care in preparation, and were not enjoyable to consume. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. The Krystal brand has significantly declined from its previous standards.

The worst service ever!! I was picking up a Door Dash order late at night, there were no customers either in the store nor in the drive through lane. I had to honk to get someone to come to the window to get my customer’s name. Then when she brought the food, I felt like she wanted to throw it at me for disturbing her. I will NEVER eat there. They need to fire the person running the store at night. It wasn’t just bad service, it was horrible service.

Haven’t had Krystals in a while, left the hospital late night and was happy to have 24 hrs available. Food was fresh and hot. The drive thru speaker box is not working properly but the employees helped us out. (Corporate you guys should get on top of that!) Great service!!!

This is a nasty place all the time. I don’t think they ever clean and on top of it nobody had gloves on touching everybody food. Plus none of them had hair nets on. We drive off not getting our food do to seeing her touching the food with her bare handed. Plus the last few times been there the oil was so oil. It’s like they want your money to pay the people but them people think they are worth more a hour but they can’t take the time to make this place a nicer and cleaner place.
