Rude employees 6 of them standing behind the counter after they gave me the wrong food and all of them ignored me and then when I talked to someone after begging for their attention, they acted like it was a very big inconvenience. Once I got my correct food. I got home and opened it and it was nothing like it was supposed to be. Everything was wrong with the condiments on sandwiches to chicken nuggets being overcooked and fries, not even being seasoned with the new Fuego sauce and no talkies on the new Taki sandwich. This will be the last time I go to this Wendy’s and I will be making sure to let everybody I know not to go to this one as well

This night shift December 10th 9:26pm has absolutely no sense of urgency. There’s no one in the drive through and inside and I’ve waited for 20 minutes and everyone is just walking , on their phone or limping around.

Was trash overall, it’s always night crew that don’t know how to do their job. I ordered a party pack and got no napkins, no sauces. Mind you a party pack of nuggets is 50 nuggets. I don’t know if they expect people to eat nuggets dry, but they didn’t even put not one sauce. And don’t even get me started on the fries. I ordered two large fries, they gave me basically two small fries. I put them together and it was a large. If you can’t hire people that know how to do basic working skills they shouldn’t work there. Nobody should have to tell a fast food worker what’s necessary to put in a bag. Sauces, napkins, and making sure there’s fries are filled. And this isn’t a one time thing there’s been plenty of times where there’s no sauce for a 50 piece. Do better. Fast food is too simple of a job for you to suck so much at it.

This place is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. The rude girl at the drive thru needs lessons in polite etiquette and how to take an order. Food was as bad as their attitudes. Having the local health department do an inspection of yours place might not be a bad idea.

Well when I get to the window, they hand me my burger but then say they’re waiting on my fries, then they ask me to pull up… mind you, there is one person in front of me and nobody anywhere behind me. They insist that I must pull up. When I get home I realize, it was not for the fresh french fries, bc they were horrible. My frostys were horrible, melted to the point of they would go thru a straw. Won’t go back.

I live in San Antonio and the Wendys here are hit and miss! This particular Wendy’s in corpus is by far the leader of the pack! It’s been our last stop after fishing trips for the last 15 yrs and has never come up short! The food actually looks like the picture! Keep up the good work and i look forward to many more baconators!

This place used to be my favorite places and locations. Sadly today that’s permanently changed. I will never visit this location. Ever again! Staff was okay, it’s the management department that’s needs a huge overhaul. For them to treat me the way they did and supposedly ban me from coming back for wanting a refund for food that was ATROCIOUS!! Flat burnt patties!?! Then say that’s how they always did it? No!! No!! No!! They got me upset and never coming to this location.

This location on SPID isn’t as good as others. I stopped by for a breakfast meal and the seasoned potatoes weren’t hot at all! Didn’t seem fresh…so I ended up throwing them away. I won’t be back to this location. I should’ve checked it before I left…but was in a hurry to get to work…guess I assumed it would be done right.
