My kids and a I love Wendy’s, this location not so much. My advice is avoid it. They are missing spoons, are slow to take and deliver orders, we waiting for at least 20+ minutes. We ordered a 3 biggie bags and 10 count nuggets and received no sauces even though we asked for them. Manager wanted to charge me extra for anything more than the two sauce they gave when I asked. All food was cold, we are missing a chili and I asked the manager and she said “I know” then a couple minutes later provides the missing chili with full slices of onions u chopped, this location is super understaffed and not managed very well when it comes to customer service., I know they are doing their best but when you take away from service it shows in your food. I hope they get their act together, I have this a second try from the first time of not being being here in years and visiting 2 months ago to this second time, it actually was worse. Well skip this one and choose a better one next time. We’re not giving up on you Wendy’s just this location!

It took the girl, Jennifer, about 10-12 minutes to take my order because she said she was still learning the menu so I had patience..I placed my order at 6:16PM I didn’t receive my order until 6:37 and that’s because I went up to the counter at 6:31 to remind them of my order.. the kid apologized for the wait and said it would be right out.. i proceeded to eat and I was distracted with the conversation I had going on and finally looked down to my sandwich only to see that the chicken was still RAW! I took it back up to the front and the manager didn’t even try to come and speak with me about the sandwich that was undercooked! TERRIBLE PLACE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Worst experience ever. Waited 25 mins just to get our order taken (inside) no line. Just ordered 2 Biggie Bags took 20 mins to get out. Out of all soda except for sprite and Hi C. Out of ketchup. Fries were stale and cold, we got the wrong sandwich and chicken sandwiches were disgusting after first bite. Never going back.

One of the most rudest places I’ve been through was through the drive thru today and they lady told me wait..then I Siad I’m sorry she said I told you to wait in a really rude attitude.. I saw the car before me leave without getting thier order now I know why. We end up leaving to I’m not going to trust my food handled by someone so miserable

This Wendy’s was out of Frosty and Fries. Not a wait for fries. They didn’t have any. They would refund my mobile order purchase saying that I had to do it through the app. Well, the app says to get your refund from the store. The store phone number is out of service. I don’t think it will be long before this Wendy’s closes for good. The Wendy’s on Nacogdoches near 1604 is my favorite in the San Antonio area. In the last 2 years I counted my receipts and have made 110 purchases. Trust me when I say, this place is terrible.

I stopped in today at 1:22 PM, the service from Veronica was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. She spoke so fast it was impossible to understand her, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly annoyed and rude. To make matters worse, both ketchup dispensers in the lobby were bone-dry. When I told her, she just kept snapping, “We only have what’s out there.” I pointed out they were empty, and she still refused to help or offer packets. Totally unprofessional

when we were even walking past the intercom for the window we heard someone go “hi what do you need” which was odd. when we got inside the first thing you see is dirty tables. this place was absolutely trashed, the guy serving us sounded bored like he hated his job. when we went to get drinks their soda machine had this mystery orange dried out juice leaking inside, food on the floor, trashy, and they were out of EVERYTHING, slushies, you name it. food was cold, tried a pickle and it was putrid. couldn’t even finish eating. it was awful. every single time i ate all you saw was grease on the napkin. the cheese on my daughters burger wasn’t even melted? this wasn’t even the end of it.

I visited the drive-through recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience. While the lady was rude, my main concern was being overcharged and then given an inadequate receipt with “No numbers” when told her the recpiet was useless … she acted like … “well too bad”. The location was empty, and based on this incident, I can see why. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this establishment.

I buy 4 biggie bag two chicken and two beacon double cheese burger. 1 double beacon cheese burger had only one meat I went to the counter to ask for my other meat manager Ana was mad very mad she screaming to the young working guy she tell him make other one .I tell her it’s ok I can keep that one just put the missing meat she was really mad and trash the burger and walk away not say sorry or nothing she was not very friendly have really bad actitud I been here 3 times only out of 3 times two is been bad actitud last time I buy 2 cheese burger they charge me around $22 dollars I was why so much she say she put beacon I was surprised Only we ask one beacon cheese burger and chicken burger I laughed they also put beacon on my chicken burger with out ask .so I’m not coming here anymore here this managers lady is so rude we been lots of time in wendys on Wurzbach and medical manager over there is so kind and always smile big difference
