Stopped in today for a quick taco, I wasn’t sure they would make a fish taco at 7:30 in the morning and the lady at the window, said we sure will everything is 24 hours… I was a little shocked most places won’t or don’t do that. The fish taco was perfect hit spot. Thanks

The Springville Utah location just lost 20 customers. I tried calling in several times and there was no answer. This is supposedly a 24 hr operation, and I understand that in the evening it is staffed to meet the criteria of traffic, but when I called, after several rings the phone hung up/disconnected.
I was going to place a large order for some friends that just got back from a long trip. I needed to verify certain items and no response. My friends and I are Extremely disappointed in this. They could have at least answered the phone and stated that they could put me on hold or call me back.
Not answering is unacceptable.

Great experience, me and my boyfriend came here for lunch. We both love del Teco because it’s affordable and the food tastes good and is quality. We have came to this location quite a few times and they are always friendly.

I love the food here. But this particular location doesn’t offer the greatest service, and their lobby was a little dirtier than it should be, considering how slow they seemed. Overall, still a pretty good location to eat at.

The food generally comes out incorrect no matter if you order it face to face or on the kiosk. The people who work here are VILE. They never want to help, admit they are wrong, or make your food right. You have to stand for so long by the cash register every time before they come to help. The drive thru is so slow no matter the day of the week or time. Eat across the street.

Its a fast food place so my expectations for flavor wasn’t high but I was surprised. I have been to Del Tacos all over the country and this one stands out as the best thus far. Well done!!!!

I’m really sad about how much I didn’t enjoy it. Was stoked to finally try Del Taco, I had been getting ads like crazy for the new stuffed quesadilla tacos so I finally caved. Figured since it was my first time I would try a few different things. Got the crispy chicken stuffed quesadilla taco, Del beef burrito (with no red sauce), and carne asada fry. While I didn’t love any of it, my burrito made me the saddest because the meat/cheese were cold, I could only eat two bites (my first bite was mainly tortilla). Giving 3 stars though for the service, the employees were nice and it wasn’t too long of a wait.
