This location will be LUCKY to get even 1 star from us tonight, on our way home from a fairly long trip to grab a bite to eat. We thought we’d stop at Wendy’s, at first it seemed like a good idea until we received our order. Having good faith in the staff we saw we had everything and drove off. Only to find that the chicken nuggets were cold and hard, almost stale tasting. Being hungry and pregnant I ate them anyways. Then I got my frosty out excited to eat with my fries. Only to find that my frosty was more like a foamy milk shake and was not very pleasant. I brushed it off and just decided to eat my fries, they were nice and hot like they were the only thing fresh. I was pleased, up until not even a quarter through eating a small fry I grabbed a ball of black HAIR! Like it just came out of someone’s head! Immediately, I spit the fries out I had in my mouth. Our cashier at the drive through was bald with absolutely NO hair. I saw an older lady who smirked at me and all her hair was grey. I’m seriously questioning how they’re preparing their food in this facility. We were a good distance away before I realized how bad it was, I tried to call but the number kept giving me a busy tone even though it was dead and 30 minutes until closing when we stopped by. It might take a miracle to get me to go back to this place again.

Service was mediocre. I came during the slower hours and they seemed to still struggle. Two different people came back from the drive thru to complain about their orders. My order took a while to come through. The workers here don’t seem to move with a sense of urgency. I get better service at mcdonalds or whataburger

Wendys used to have some of best burgers around….years ago. Not the case anymore. Burger taste like a freezer burnt dried out tasteless meat with consistency of cardboard between stale old buns. The person working counter was nice. They brought me another. It wasn’t any better. I quietly disposed of meal in trash. That will be my last visit. Odd enough, a few weeks later my brother shared a similar experience. Oh well, im glad they were good and i got to taste them as a kid in the 90’s.

I don’t normally eat anything bigger than a double. But the triple Dave was amazing complimented with baconator fries. You would be a fool to pass on this store. With there awesome service and great selection available. Can you say BACON!!!

Too busy, waited 15 minutes but no one was working the counter. Left without ordering. Apparently the drive through was more important than the 10 customers inside. They need a kiosk like McDonald’s.

The manager, Rose, was the most unfriendly cashier I’ve ever encountered. Fries were way over salty, and I waited 5 minutes with no line before anyone even said Hi, and it wasn’t the manager who eventually took my order, she barely said a word.

Well, that’s my first and last time at a Wendy’s. The staff have absolutely zero customer service training and it’s more like the attention level you get at a Goodwill drop-off rather than a restaurant. I watched the food being assembled in the back, though ‘assembled’ is an optimistic way to describe the way a bun and a patty were thrown together by the glove-less woman who makes any average Subway employee look like an artist by comparison. All said, the food is dire, which is a disgraceful considering how easy it is to make a burger. This area is a magnet for fast food – two McDonald’s, Sonic and a Subway are within a 5 minute drive – so do yourself a favor and miss this one.

We go there for my boys after school when they are super Hungry lol as its very close ri the school! The burgers we have gotten are absolutely fresh and delicious! Fries too! We love the baconator fries from here, full of cheese yummmm. Service and food at this time of day is always great. Which is after school and on weekdays only, I have yet to be there any other time of day so can only comment in my personal experience. Thank you and keep up the great work!!
