Just went to pick up some Wendys and ordered 2 baconators, one bouble and the other single, and one had 3 small pieces of bacon and the double had 1 folded piece of bacon. And the 2 four piece nuggets were stale and cold. When I called the manager said I needed to bring back the food so I could get it again. Then when I went to take it back he said he didn’t see how they went wrong and then asked if that was all the bacon that was on the burger -.- like really? Im gonna take out bacon and drive all the way back just to wait longer for food. I’m not going to be buying her again. It’s ridiculous.

Love the burger’s meat quality from here and the fries are never too salty or less salty. Have a decent amount of salt on the fries without overdoing it. Love this place!

Laredo tx 1520 E. Saunders
They did not give me a receipt, but as I ordered my food, the apple salad at the drive thru, I saw a manager loading chicken patties in the fryer with NO GLOVES how can people expect the employees to do there job if the managers do not set the example most likely i will not go to this location anymore.

I went through the drive-thru for frostys at around 9:00 pm. I waited about 15 minutes, 2 workers telling us to wait a little bit, just for a very nice woman to answer us when we called out to tell us they were sold out of frostys.

Arrived to this Wendy’s at 5:20. There was two people in front of me. I waited for 15 minutes and decided to leave because I still couldn’t order. The cashier was walking around making the meals and drinks for the people who had already ordered. There was other people in there preparing the food and plating everything. I don’t understand why he was doing other stuff instead of taking the orders. He then asked for his register to be fulfilled. It was finally my turn to order and he decided to start counting his register people come to fast food restaurants for fast service. It’s understandable if it’s busy but like I said, there was two people in front of me.
