Great deals on their square patties. No one was in the lobby so it made eating with my wild kids fun! Although, I believe their AC was out because it was almost unbearably hot! And the floor was pretty slick from the humidity. Overall we had a decent dinner. The service was great and inviting. They actually acknowledged us in a friendly way coming in and leaving.

The manager Natasha was extremely rude and not helpful. She stated that I could not get my money back from the chili that I ordered, they already threw it away. She would not issue me my money back so I’m going home without my food that I paid for. Also this lady did not have her hair up, was not wearing gloves, did not wash her hands, and she was using her phone.

I went to pick up food for a couple in the ER at Citizen’s Hospital. I used a $20 for the amount that was a little over $17. I realized after leaving the drive thru that I didn’t receive my change. I called the store while I was at the corner light. Woman who answered the phone was very unconcerned that I didn’t receive my change because it was just a “dollar or two”. I asked her to have someone walk my change out to the man on the corner with a sign. She said they would if they weren’t busy. Right…
