Healthy food has its reputation for flavor/texture but these guys make it their life mission to make it as pleasant as possible & it is! There’s regular dairy based items that have cream, dairy free & vegan options. The place is a jack of all trades when it comes to services available other than just food. Would recommend.

Very calm atmosphere if you decide to sit down and do some work on your computer there while sipping on their brewed teas. I see myself being a regular there since it’s conveniently just outside the gym for take out.

I had such an amazing gourmet waffle with 35 grams of protein! Its filling and delicious. I highly recommend! Great atmosphere and the place has zumba classes as well. Come enjoy some dancing and protein waffles.

Manuel the best master chef in Walfales they are so nice very friendly family oriented. Thalia is also great very welcoming I highly recommend it. Also if you want to eat healthy and change you lifestyle. Go for it. I’ve been coming since October 17 2022 and it’s been great.
