This location has a bad wrap based on the past reviews, however I decided to give it a try and give them the benefit of the doubt as I’d want someone to do to me if I was rated low. The food was absolutely wonderful. Hot and fresh. Made just how I ordered it. Fresh never frozen most certainly. The staff were sweet and got it out to me very fast. I mobile ordered as soon as I walked in the door and had my food 3 minutes later. I highly recommend you give it a shot for lunch. As to the night shift, I have no clue.

Placed a mobile order, got told to pull up, waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES before I got fed up and went inside to find out THEY HAD ALREADY HAD MY FOOD DONE AND IT WAS JUST SITTING THERE.
Not even once did they bother to come out or ask me anything, they just helped about 4-5 other vehicles before I got fed up of waiting.
How do you not even, for a single time, go and see why I am pulled up and not moving?
Do you think I was just sitting a little past the window where you pay just for fun?
For almost 30 minutes?
Absolutely ridiculous that I had to even go inside to find that my food has been done long ago.
IT WASN’T EVEN BUSY INSIDE, THERE WAS 2 CUSTOMERS INSIDE WHO WEREN’T EVEN ORDERING.
Three different people had to be talked to before one of the workers, who seemed to be the youngest out of the group, came up and asked me and found that my order was just sitting there before apologizing to me.
Like, seriously?
Good on the person who bothered to like tried to do something versus the others in the back who seemed like they didn’t want to do anything at all.
I’ve gone to this location multiple times in the past before and never had an issue.
It has always been quick and fast, but today was just something else.

Food was adequate, hot fresh but remarkably slow for any restaurant muck less a fast food location. Exterior and interior both give strong vibes of a business going out of business. Drink station(Freestyle) had limited choices across the board including only 2 sugar free options. Including my family of 3 only 2 other customers entered the restaurant in the 30+ minutes we were there at 6pm on a Friday night.

The drive through lady gets upset Everytime we go to order in the night hours between 10 and 11. She has a bad attitude and gave my money back in change, and dropped it, didn’t even apologize or gave me the correct change. She works on Thursdays evenings. She was there last night. Ordered breakfast off the 2 for $3 menu and got the seasoned potatoes and because it wasn’t lunch time they refused to give us ketchup with our “fries”! Biscuits were SUPER dry and old Also the bathroom smelled TERRIBLE like urine and only one employee spoke English. Usually visit this Wendy’s when in town for my PT at lunch time but will NOT go back here because of the service this time.

I don’t order food from here but I’d imagine it’s not that great. I only go to Wendy’s for the dessert. So for that, I will rate it 5 stars! My family and I all thoroughly enjoyed our ice creams. I got the small blizzard and had zero complaints. We should be back for dessert on another spontaneous night!

I never leave reviews that’s how horrible this service was. Every single employee dropped the ball horribly from giving me the wrong order to not giving me my food thru the drive through I had to go in and get it I ordered the browny frosty I got snickers doodle, honey mustard instead of ranch and yup all cold too y’all need to close this location

its been the same for 15 years now, tear it down or do what Arby’s did and level up. the people here are always rude and the food is gross. mcdonald’s has higher standards… do better

I went to the location and waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window and no one ever took my ordered. I pulled around to the window and the worker informed me that the speaker was not working so I gave her my order right there. She then closes the window and makes a call. When she opens it back she said she could not take my order and closed the window back.

Food is okay. Owner should really fix this place. Wendy’s is a great place and this one is like the employees don’t speak English at all. Ignore you completely. And stare at you while your waiting at counter. Then the employees are laughing not even working. Had me so confused. I love Wendy’s please fix this store. Even my kids noticed.
