Oh, if you want an excellent Sunday brunch ( or any meal ) Heck’s is a destination that will satisfy your hunger. Very nice interior and food to match. The Crab Omlet and Apple Pie French Toast complimented each other so much nothing was left to take home.

Today I took my tastebuds to Heck’s Cafe located in Beachwood, Ohio. Off the rip the establishment is beautiful! Very elegant grown & reserved. Nice light mellow jazz tunes. Katelynn was amazing, very polite & making sure we were taken care of. I had an order of the baklava French Toast. They were fulfilling and did exactly what they were supposed to do! Unexpectedly the potatoes they serve was seasoned to perfection and had plenty of flavor! Accompanied by a house sauce those potatoes were amazing. I also had glass of wine called “UNO”. It was a dry red originally created in Mendoza, Argentina. Will was also a server that gave us great happy hour recommendations & was a big help at making the experience that much more memorable. If you are for a nice restaurant with top tier service be sure to check this restaurant out! Again thank you for having me and I will be sure to visit again. I dearly appreciate the hospitality. Thank You to everyone that’s been following this journey of mine and I’m glad that these reviews have been helpful to anyone looking for something new to eat or even restaurants able to grow their establishments. We went there for a late dinner as a group of four people we had a bunch of drinks, the baked Brie as an appetizer and we all got burgers. They have a large selection of different and everything we ordered was delicious. The place also just has a cool vibe and it’s definitely worth checking out!

Came for a business trip and the guys wanted a burger. We opted for this place because it was near the hotel. The food and dessert was great, we all enjoyed our food, milkshake and dessert. The atmosphere was very chill and exciting enough to keep you and your team entertained. Definitely will stop by again.

OMG! Please give the chefs a pay increase! Dayuuuummmm this food was good! I had the Asian pear salad and added salmon and this meal was beyond exceptional! Each bite had me immediately wanting more. It was the perfect balance of sweet and salt. Good quality products. Everything was nice and fresh. Salmon was perfect seared and absolutely delicious. Tasted like a home cooked meal.

It was crowded and we had a 20 minute wait for our group of six. Some of the food was very good. My experience with the burgers were that some people don’t know the difference between rare, medium, med well and we’ll done. We were served burgers that were rare and literally uncooked. I sent them back for well done burgers. I enjoyed the French onion soup and the salads.

Asked for two burgers, cooked medium well. One of them was great, mostly brown center, cooked through. The other was barely medium, mostly pink. Showed it to the server who agreed that it was very pink for medium well. He said let me ask the kitchen re-do it.
The second time, it was still very pink in the middle (as shown in the pic). Just ate around it and couldn’t finish it. As we were getting ready for the check, I told the server that it was still very pink for my taste. This time, he came back from the kitchen saying that they took that burger off the check but wanted to let me know that medium well does have a thin pink middle (even though the other burger we ordered was almost completely brown and that they actually didn’t see the second burger as it was still on the table). So instead of an apology, I got a lesson.
Overall did not have a good experience and don’t recommend it.

I went to heck’s on 11/04/2025 for my wife’s birthday I had a reservation for 4 i forgot it was just for 4 and brought an extra person we were easily and politely accommodated by the ladies up front. Our server was Megan very polite and bubbly energy even with my nephews allergies the staff was very accommodating. Megan though she had a very busy night was on it and kept the same energy the entire staff really made it an enjoyable experience for our first time. The bill came up to 177 and change I left her a tip I wish I could’ve left more just because her being who she was if you read Megan and staff thanks for the experience and making my wife’s birthday even better!

The salmon dish was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was very good. The atmosphere was lovely. You’re going out for a special occasion it’s good because the place is a little pricey but the food is worth it just okay.

We enjoyed our experience at hecks. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. He was patient with our questions. Food was fast and enjoyable. I enjoyed my baked brie as my first starter followed by the brie berry burger. We were really full after just eating their burger. We will be sure to visit next time in town. Food 10 out 10. The burgers at hecks is my husbands top 3 favorite and he eats lot of burgers! Also we paid 70ish thats two meals,2 drinks,one starter and one togo dessert. But for what we spent we got lot of food compared cheaper places elsewhere and food was high quality as we were full after eating dinner especially since we skipped breakfast/lunch. Left happy!!
