This location has diminished in service and quality. Most of the time, you don’t get any sauce, even though they ask which sauce. You have to ask for your drink and may or may not get a straw. Order a potato and get no spoon or butter and sour cream. Sandwich is thrown together like garbage. When you say no cheese, they give it to you dry and plain. Nice job doing the worst job you possibly can Wendy’s. Oh and when someone calls to speak to the manager about their experience, staff speaks a language I’ve never even heard and hangs up on you.

Terrible service!!! No acknowledgement just blank stare from employee. After I asked if I could order, still nothing but a blank stare, I was asked 2 times to repeat my order, third attempt and still blank stare I decided Wendy’s wasn’t my best choice for food and definitely not for service of any kind. Must be nice having a job where you can be on your phone, play games or have social media going and get paid for it

French fries were stale when I went threw the drive threw . When I took them back the fry cook was standing over the fry grease talking on her cell phone holding a personal conversation she hadn’t dropped any fries , the young lady working the drive threw was trying to do it and manage the drive threw. It was clear that the manager didn’t care and the the rest of the staff was frustrated with the manager letting the fry cook not do her job.

Yes it’s fast food, but this alvin location has terrible food. Lukewarm dried out burgers with old soggy fries. What a waste of money. We’ve scratched off Burger King, Dairyland, Sonic,and Wendy’s for local fast food. All used to be good but are now the worst. Yuck!!

Love this Wendy’s but today I went through the drive thru, ordered the seasonal fruit along with other stuff and it was just apples but had mold on them. Disgusting but willing to give Wendy’s one more chance. Tried calling over 6 times but line is always busy so if the manager see this please have your staff check what they put in the bags and how they prepare our meals.

Just got done in the drive thru after waiting in a line of maybe 3 cars. The wait was 20 minutes easy. The woman taking our order seemed flustered and overwhelmed. I ordered 2 small chocolate frosties, a crispy chicken sandwich, a small.sprite, and a medium coke. I was given a medium chocolate and vanilla frosty, a dr pepper instead of a coke, and when my daughter bit into her sandwich there was a huge hair inside. So ridiculous. Please train these people. Gross.
