Look at the photos displaying what I ordered (the website picture) vs. what I got (my picture). $13 for this is a total insult! The Dairy Queen just down the street had started doing the same and no longer exists today. I believe this is the beginning of the end for this Wendy’s as well. I have been going to this store for the entire 15 years I have lived in this area and know for sure that I won’t be going back.

Came and ordered fresh chocolate chip cookies and was told the wait would be 12 min, cool. Well 15 min pass and go in to check just for them to forget to bake the cookies. They were slow. No other cars in line while we waited. How did that happen?! Well we still waited and got burnt cookies that the manager gave us herself AFTER waiting a total of 30 min. How you give your customer BURNT COOKIES?! SMH

I had a really great experience at this Wendy’s location in Missouri City. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The restaurant was clean, the line moved quickly, and the staff was polite and efficient. You can tell the team here really cares about doing a good job. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences I’ve had!

The absolute worst spicy chicken sandwich ever. There actually a chunk of breaded fat deep fried as hard as a rock slipped in on top of the thinnest piece of chicken you could imagine. I’ve had crepes thicker than the piece of “chicken” inside the breading.
The combo was $10,89!
I am not coming back to Wendy’s anytime soon.

I was pleased with the speed, customer service and food during my lunch break. The cashier was quick to take my order and I received my food very quickly. The temperature of the food was hot and tasted as it should. My burger was visually appealing and had a good amount of toppings.
The dining area was clean and ample seating was available. Quiet atmosphere to enjoy my lunch. The self-serve drink machine was in proper working order.

Unfortunately this store has been switching up orders lately, it’s kind of bad when you get items that are not yours. This has happened several times, good idea to train the staff to check orders.
I’ll look for another location in the area.

Why, after confirming a medium combo (fries and drink), are you switching it to a large after we continue to the drive through window. You got away the first time, but I waited and corrected after your late second change and had you change it back. I will never be back to this location.

The communication wasn’t good. I ordered a blueberry lemonade with no ice and was brought a strawberry lemonade with ice.
I informed the person I ordered a blueberry lemonade with no ice. I was told at that moment that they don’t carry that anymore. I told the lady that the person who was taking the order should of informed me of that at that time. Communication was very bad. The menu sign should have that removed from the sign.

They served brown lettuce on my chicken sandwich. Would have been better to just leave it off. I ordered a chicken blt and was given a spicy chicken sandwich. I won’t be back. They have gone to the bottom of the hill.

Absolutely disgusting. Not hot. Soggy bread. I ordered Dave’s double with mayo and lettuce only. It has all the stuff on it. The drink was flat. The fries were half empty and not hot. I noticed that before I left so I said something and at least they put a few more fries on it. Yuck. Still cold on the bottom.
There was also a sign on the drive thru that said they were closing early tonight.
