I should note up front that this review is for Guy Fieri’s Kitchen inside Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Gate D. We ordered the Original Ringer and the Bacon Mac-n-Cheese Burgers, both served with fries. The burgers were good. Better than most fast-food burgers, but roughly on par with Five Guys or In-N-Out.

The fries were interesting. A mix of different styles served together. The space has modern vibes, and the service was decent. All in all, a solid airport meal when you’re hungry and passing through.

This location is directly across the walkway from Chase Field. This is a convenient location if you are going to one of the arena’s in downtown Phoenix. This location has a nice patio outside and is large for where they are located. The food and drinks are average and we didn’t find much unique about this restaurant. We had the nachos and wings which were fine as a snack before the game but we most likely wouldn’t go out of our way to eat here.

This place has so much potential. Was pretty dead. Staff friendly. Food could be so much better, especially with guy fieries name on it. Mac and cheese burger was mid. Still a good spot since it is in close proximity of the DBacks and Suns stadium.

Went in before an event we had planned out there was first time. Very clean and friendly staff . Had the Buffalo wings and those were the best thing ever if you love blue cheese cause the blue cheese wasabi is fire so delicious. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich was delicious but nothing special or different about it from others I’ve had .

We put our name on a list and did not get the party of two right they put down party of one. Everyone working the front of the house seemed confused. The one girl kept running her hand through her hair and just didn’t look appropriate for front of the house. We orders a burger and a pizza. The pizza was very good, tasteful, nice crispy crust. The hamburger that we order came out with the patty ice cold and the bun warm. We didn’t send it back as we didn’t want to cause a stink. The waitress was hard to understand talking fast. All and all most likely would not eat here again if we came through here again.

Service was very slow and not many people. When my burger arrived it looked pretty good. However I always take them apart to inspect. The lettuce was very brown and disgusting. First and last at this place.

The trash can nachos were great. All the food was delicious. Was a slower day but I’d assume this place gets really busy.

So first off the staff was super nice and friendly however the food was just very generic for the most part. The nachos were good I’ll give them that but I had a chicken sandwich and it was extremely bland and uninspired or exciting. The place was absolutely dead for a lunch time on a Saturday which was interesting. Definitely not somewhere I would go to again probably or send anyone. Like I said it wasn’t that it was disgusting or anything like that it was just bland and boring unfortunately.

Had a great experience at Guy Fieri’s restaurant! The Mac & Cheese Bacon Burger was absolutely amazing—juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Definitely the highlight of the meal. The pulled pork, on the other hand, was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out compared to other places I’ve had it.
The atmosphere was fun and lively, but if you’re coming on a game day, be prepared—it can get pretty packed. A little renovation or better crowd management on those days would definitely help. Overall, solid spot with great burgers, and I’d definitely come back…… Maybe

My experience was awful. My food came out. My French fries were cold and hard. I found some weird hard string in my burger. They said it was a piece of tomato, not a chance in this world. That’s what it was very disappointing, 30 seconds. Wedding anniversary for me to leave hungry. Cause I did not finish my food.
