I had the Taco salad, it was really good. It was a little busy, only complaint, the dining area tables stayed dirty longer than normal. Like just about every table was dirty. I took napkins & water & literally started cleaning tables myself. I didn’t mind at all, it just looked bad.

There was only one other person in the drive thru when I got my food and the bacon double was ice cold, hard, unseasoned and disgusting. Like..I could barely eat it. I asked for spicy chicken and got regular chicken, I asked for bbq sauce and didn’t get it even though I paid for it, there was mayo on my sandwich instead of ranch, the fries were cold, the chicken was also unseasoned, the bun was old and hard, it was just a huge disappointing expensive mess. I’ve recently been to the Conroe Wendy’s next to the outlet mall and it was completely different it was hot fresh seasoned and delicious. Please care more so you don’t disappoint other people. Will never go back.

Rude, condescending, entitled manager and workers. I don’t know why doordash does business with these unprofessional workers. They refused to serve orders for DoorDash. DoorDash tried calling the manager and they listened to it ring and told the dasher “I don’t have to answer the phone if I don’t want to” “and I’m not remaking the order” what type of ghetto, unethical business practice, very rude response is that!? Y’all just be hiring anybody nowadays.

The price of these burgers continues to get higher and higher while the size of them gets smaller and smaller. It’s ridiculous. They look like sliders. But they are full size price! The double stack is 4.79 and isn’t even as big around as the small size cup.

March 17, 2022 @11pm location closes @12am. Mike on register is very lazy. Nobody was in restaurant when I arrived. He took my order, but when the next guy walked in he ignored him and would look at him then laugh and complain about not having any down time. Then walked back to the food assembly line and hide. He wasn’t making anything for anyone and occasionally would look at the line then go back to hiding. Eventually the other guy walked away and Mike came back. He was complaining to the other working stay saying “we can’t have just one hour of down time.” They ignored him and I applaud them as they continued to work hard getting the drive thru customers taken care of. Two more guys came in and for about 5 mins Mike continued to ignore them casually walking around the fryers and assembly line complaining. One of the ladies working told Mike he’s got some people in line waiting and he poked his head around from hiding and said “If they got a lot to order tell them no.” By then my order came out and I left. I really hope management steps up and re-trains this guy because he does not give Wendy’s a good reputation.

We wanted to try as advertised snickerdoodle.Shake, but when we ordered it, they told us they could only put a swirl on top of a frosty.This is such false advertising.That’s the main reason we stopped.We were very disappointed
