I ordered in Wendy’s app (not doordash) and the cashier couldn’t locate the order. I showed her the order on my phone, correct location, the order was already paid. She kept saying I don’t have the order. The lady at the window spoke broken English, not a problem, but I thought it must be a misunderstanding, she said she was the manager. I went through explaining the order, payment, location again. She just kept saying we don’t have your order. I said so I’ve paid for my food, I can show you a receipt, but you aren’t going to honor the purchase made in the Wendy’s app? Then she got a manager, and I went through the entire thing showing proof 2 more times before they finally agreed to make my food. I made a mobile order for a quick stop on the way to school…14 minutes to get my order. The food was fine, the coffee didn’t look fit for human consumption, the cold foam is curdled, you can see and smell it is soured.

Ordered food from here in Doordash, got a Baconator meal combo with a 10 pc spicy juggets and they completely forgot the burger. How do you mess that up I really dont understand….

There is a woman there who worked the window. She was very rude. I asked for some items and she ignored and when repeated gave me a mean look and was like why? I said can i please have my items and she starts yelling to workers idk ehy she wants this and that and the workers were just looking. So embarrassing. I just asked for extra items to eat my food. Not very good service and she has been the same for a while now.

Just like someone else mentioned in another review the lady at the window stopped us before we got to the window for who knows what reason and made us wait as well before waving for us to come forward. Nooo clue what the point of it was? Then when we get home, and also have mold on our bun! We messaged Wendy’s on X and supposedly this restaurant is suppose to reach out to me. It seems they just have mold on all their buns and don’t care apparently because I know they see it when they make the burger. Disgusting.

I’m beyond disappointed with this location. After waiting for 10 minutes in drive through, the attendant had me stop before I could get to the window and wait for who knows how long before waving me forward. No explanation nothing. Next I was highly disappointed when I received my strawberry lemonade thinking it was the real deal. Wrong. I don’t even know what you can call it but it’s not fresh or real. Imagine my surprise when I get back to my office to eat my lunch to find a nice green moldy bun. Not acceptable! Do better!

Food quality was good per usual trips. Customer service was adequate, they were quick but so quick that they were rushing me as if there was a whole like up of 20 cars behind me. It was early morning and i was the only one in line for a good 7-10 mins until another cust arrived behind me. I could barely put my stuff up before they handed me my items.

This was the cashier that took our order. Took 5min to take our order, I understand that there was a line outside but there was also a line inside as well. She didn’t even bother to look at us. She lacks customer service. I said that I wanted a Large double Dave and decided to give me a small. Not listening to customer. SMH

Tried takis meal , fries are not as advertised. Requested fresh order, fries were hot n fresh, but person taking our order didnt acknowledge that we requested fresh food, especially trying something new. Asked room pull forward, order was brought to us quickly but forgot our sauces n they had to walk back out 2 bring us wat dey forgot.

On 7/26/25 @ 2:45am, I ordered some food through the app to pick up through the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru, I told them I had a mobile order. The girl sighed like I’m the reason her life is miserable. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes only to receive my food, go a block down to my house and discover my fries are old, and my burger felt like they took it out of the refrigerator, slapped a whole jar of mayonnaise on it, added tomatoes when I told them not to, wrapped it, and put it the bag. I threw it in the trash. Never again will I eat at this Wendy’s.
