I had a solid experience at Wendy’s. The food was fresh and made to order, and my burger was hot, flavorful, and exactly how I requested it. The fries were crispy, and everything tasted quality for fast food.
The staff was polite and efficient, and my order came out quickly even though it was a bit busy. The dining area was clean and well maintained.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the wait was slightly longer than expected, but overall it was a good visit. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the mood for a reliable, quick meal.

After ordering my food I wanted to try one of the new sprite drinks I have heard about. The kid taking my order who has a grim reaper tattoo on his forearm, refused to help me select a flavor or describe the options. He was completely useless and for no reason. I then asked the guy working the drink fountain to let me know the drink options and what he had served me. The overall experience was ridiculous just because these 2 refused to be helpful and acted like I was putting them out. Idk if these are actually Terrible employees or just having a bad night but they should do better or be promoted to customer so someone competent and helpful can fill those roles.

I usually have good experiences at Wendy’s, but this location really let me down. The drive-thru was slow..the truck in front of me took about 10 minutes to get their food with no one else in line and I didn’t get mine until 5 minutes after that. I received a Dr Pepper instead of a Coke, and my requested ketchup and ranch were missing. I should’ve checked my bag, but I trusted them since it took so long and I wanted to leave asap. The fries were only halfway filled, not nicely portioned, and tasted old and greasy.. blah. They were floppy and inedible. My Asiago Chicken Ranch Sandwich was sloppy and overdone with ranch. I understand this is not find dinning, but fast food shouldn’t be this complicated.

I was truly disappointed with our last Wendy’s visit. Usually the lettuce & pickles are fresh & crisp as well as the fries but for this visit that did not ring true. The pickles were soggy and the fries were soggy and had been sitting in their container for quite a while. Very dissatisfied with the freshness of the food.

Horrible experience, I order for 3 people. Get told it’s $47, pull up pay, get my food, leave, get home and the taco salad is missing. Drive all the way back to ask why it’s missing for this lady to tell me “well we don’t have chilli” no one told me that…. She goes oh well they were supposed to. So I ask okay so can I order food. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich no may add cheese – she asks ketchup and cheese only? I said no add ketchup and cheese. She says do you want lettuce and tomato. I say yes. Get to the window they take my card I pay, they tell me to move forward- wait 5 minutes slowly walks to my car to bring me the food. No tomato or lettuce, go inside to get it fixed no one at the counter, had to wave my arms in front of the guys face and say hello sir 4x as he swept in front of me. I explain the issue 2x he stands their aimlessly, lady comes out I explain to her 2x, she says you said ketchup and cheese only, I repeat my conversation with her back to her again. She says “oh”. Fries are stale, and cold. Funny thing is I’ve worked at this exact Wendy’s 10 years ago, and this is not Wendy’s standards or policy. Not one person offered to make it right when I spent 40 minutes driving back and forth after I can’t sit down and eat with my family because my food was the only thing missing.

Placed an online order for 2 Wednesday themed meals and some biggie bags for my kids and myself. We ordered the regular nuggets not the spicy. When I got there was told they only have spicy. A manager came up with an attitude and and told me they haven’t had regular nuggets since 2 pm today. (I wouldn’t have known that since I placed an online order) but I asked if we could do cheeseburgers instead since we had already paid $45 worth of food. She then said it was going to be $13 but I had already paid online and didn’t want to be charged more. So I apologized for the inconvenience and asked if we could just cancel the order. She said idk why you’re sorry we don’t do refunds here. She handed me my receipt and no food and shut the window. So I paid $45 and got no food. Worst experience ever and now I have to dispute this on my credit card.

High Prices & RUDE Drive-Thru Service:
Been a Wendy’s fan for years but it stopped today. What used to cost us hard working paycheck to paycheck people a fraction of what it cost now is out of hand. Not even their “biggiedeal” menu is cheap! nearly 5 bucks for a jr bacon cheeseburger???? when just 5 years ago it was a dollar??
Not to mention it seems to be nearly across the board these days the level of complete lack of hospitality or friendly service with fast food chains everywhere, but this particular one in Hewitt TX is horrendous.
Drive thru “young lady” never once said anything other than stating the price, promptly slamming the window shut, then once she gave me my bag, SLAM shut the window again, while I was left waiting for over a minute or 2 on simply asking for Ketchup which they don’t give you anymore you have to ask, so why shut the window if you expect us to ask? Today was my last wendy’s meal for a lonnnnng time until I read or hear things change for them which I doubt ever will. see ya Wendy’s it was not so fun.
