Consistently forget the small things. Often forget straws, condiments or today, both. Always have to pull to the white lines and they always give drinks before you do, and straws are never in the bag. Gotta get the small things right to keep customers.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Wendy’s in my life. The employee named Mila Ramos was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked up. She talked to me with a nasty attitude, cussed at me, and said things no employee should ever say to a customer. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and honestly disgusting.
I don’t know what was going on with her that day, but the way she spoke to me made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. If this is the kind of staff this location allows, I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to address this because customers shouldn’t have to deal with someone treating them like that.

Using AI to take orders that asks you if you want to buy extra stuff instead of just taking your order and then charging .50 cents per dipping sauce on a large meal is a realllllllly bad business model. Last time I eat here. Food wasn’t even hot

Went for a small bite to eat and came to to a surprise! No sauce that I had asked for my wrap i got had hardly anything in it and the tortilla was hard as a rock! As a big food chain you’d think you would get somewhat quality food but I think the managers need to do a better job at training the food line in creating an order and to top it off the girl who brought out the food had no smile no thank and no greeting. Sorry Wendy’s but I’ll pay elsewhere

I’m just curious on why people that go through the drive-through are more important than people that come inside to order food? The drive-through had 10 cars I counted when I walked inside. They got all 10 of those cars through the drive-through before my one order was completed with nobody else in the lobby.???
