I stopped here for lunch & it wasn’t the best. The soda machine was out of ice & most of the soda options weren’t working. Then, I asked for sauce to go with my fries & the girl said I had to order nuggets or pay extra for the sauce. Not sure why it matters what I order, I only needed one. If you’re going to nickel & dime your customers, make sure your restaurant standards are up to par.

Let’s start by saying I came up here this morning at 6:30. The store was completely shut down. Nobody here to open the store when I came up here again at 7:34 to place my order the main door was locked. I knocked on the windows, the shift manager paid attention looked at me him n the lil crew I called the store they hung up, i tried the side door by the drive thru and I came in and said hey if this door was open you could have said go around the manager with love was at the window help the red head gurl out with a order she clear could have done her self … he said he didn’t say anything to me because the front is closed and that he does not have anyone to run the front. As a manager your position is to manage and always run the store you open late then have the store loosing money because you can’t multitask. This store is completely in a busy area near apartments and a lot of jobs. There’s no reason why the inside is closed still an hour later. I asked for corporate number he ignored me. It took for me to get on corporate after 13 minutes and 34 seconds of the conversation after he called his manager let him know what was going on. It took him to put in the drawer to the register, everything could’ve been avoided if you would’ve been on time and respectful with nice customer service not to mention, he refused to take my order I after putting the draw in. he went back to the back near a black girl with bright red hair, laughing, chuckling and pointing making faces at me they both was out of uniform. He had on sweats and she had on a custom wig with no natural color.

Very poor management!!!! I went through the drive through last night and ordered 2 biggie bags and an extra 4 piece with a small fry. The nuggets in all orders were cold as if they had been sitting out all day. No heat, whatsoever. The cheese on the burgers was not melted. I went inside and asked the manager, Tyler, for fresh food. His initial response was, “all of your food was fresh.” I then took one of the nuggets out of my bag, and replied, “feel this.” He grabbed the nugget, looked at me then stormed away and threw the nugget in the trash. He returned vac to the front counter and said, “I can remake the nuggets.” I said no, and asked for a refund because as mentioned, the entire meal was cool. Not just one of them, but all three. He stated, he could not give a refund because only the general manager could, for me to come back this morning, and ask for a refund.

The service is horrible and staff are extremely rude. We went through the drive through, once we got to the spot where you order, we politely asked If we could split our order into two, and the lady who was supposed to be taking out order said we wouldn’t be able to, then another employee came on the intercom and repeated it but extremely rudely. So, asked why she yelled it at us as if we didn’t hear the other lady, and them she got very hostile and refused us service even though we did nothing but ask a question.

I had a pretty pleasant experience at this Wendy’s today. First time trying their breakfast. I ordered the breakfast baconator combo. Def worth it. Customer service was stellar and the gentleman that helped me was patient and answered all my questions. I’d definitely try Wendy’s breakfast again.

I ate here on 10/23/25. The restaurant was clean and I was greeted right away. The young lady, I believe her name was Kailyn, was polite and had great customer service. The young lady resembled Angel Reese, so I hope I have the right name/person. My wife wanted a specific drink that she could not find on the drink machine. Kailyn ensured that my wife got the drink that she wanted by making it at the drive through. The food was delicious, hot and correct. I am pleased with my experience. Oh, please give the young lady a raise or at least a gift card.

Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. When I moved into a nearby location, I was happy to find this Wendy’s location nearby.

Over the last several years I have continued to give this location another ‘last’ chance. Whether receiving the wrong order and/ or
enjoying the presence of their incredibly rude staff, I think I’ve learned my lesson.

This truly is one of the nastiest fast food chains I’ve been to in a while. I love Wendy’s, but from the way they treat the customers to how dirty they have it inside. I would rather go to a different Wendy’s. While I was waiting in line a guy in the drive thru came in because they forgot some of his food. So if you are waiting in the drive thru line, please make sure that you have everything.
