Absolutely poor experience. Chili was cold ( I don’t understand since it sits in a soup pot all day), fries and nuggets were old and soggy. Cashier had the personality of a popcorn fart, and the restaurant was filthy.

Dining area is so dirty, where you order the floor is extremely dirty… all the tables were dirty ALL OF THEM. The food was good but it just makes you wonder how dirty it is back there too… plenty of employees also. This is by far the worse one I’ve seen. Normally, I would give them a 5 star rating but this last visit, I asked for extra sauce. Instead of adding it to the burger like they usually do, they threw a bunch of ketchup and mayo packets with sticky stuff on them all over my fries. Thank God my burger was wrapped up, it was disgusting. I through my fries away and just ate the burger.

I have ordered doordash from this location numerous times. All I get is a bacon egg and cheese croissant combo. Everytime I have ordered it , it arrives with no bacon, no Swiss, and missing either the seasoned potatoes or the syrup that goes with my French toast, have contacted them numerous times and nothing changes.

The girl who was at the window was not very good. She didn’t speak loud or clear enough to understand. She didn’t give us napkins. Very bad experience. We had the Panko fish sandwiches that we really liked. But they were not hot, like they had been sitting around. Not fresh.

Soooo slooooow. I think they had to kill the cows for my burger ?? Dining room was locked, so I got to spend 18 minutes in the drive thru waiting for two sandwiches and four lemonades, everything was acceptable. I did see 7 or 8 staff members, most of whom just stood around and watched me watch them, I guess.

This is a drive thru location only but there’s nothing on the outside that indicates that. I went inside and the girl was rude about the store being a drive thru only and then got on her phone. I drove around the drive-thru and ordered a son-of-baconator with mayo only and the girl asks if I still want bacon. Wow.
