I’ve been here a few times and the service just isn’t very good. The workers just half arse it and don’t care. I ordered a “fusion” last time I went, and they didn’t even mix it, as you can tell from the pic. It’s been a similarly poor experience each time I’ve been, from slow service to poor execution. Won’t be back.

This place is so gross. I had the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had here. It was so dry I was choking. See pictures. They should have thrown this chicken away. It had to have been sitting for hours!! The crust was inedible and rock solid. For the price this should have been made fresh.

Went twice – first time, during the work day around 10:50AM, it was great – quick service, food was great, place was pretty clean.
Went back the next day after work (around 5:30PM) through the drive through. Pulled up, apraker said “Welcome to Wendy’s, please give me a moment.” No problem. I read reviews about waiting for 5 minutes. So, I timed it. At 5 minutes I asked if they were ready, speaker said no, and asked for a few more moments, they were short staffed.
Is there a reason they’re short staffed? Is it low pay, or something else?

Didn’t add the burger at first (which was my sign to not get it) but then in less than 30 sec, I was given a burger. This is the oldest, saltiest, driest burger I’ve ever had in life – couldn’t even take 2 bites that we paid ~$4 for. One and done.

I want to say I’m super impressed with the service at this Wendy’s! I don’t really come to Wendy’s much unless for a frosty once in a while or today for the krabby patty meal, but davion and nick have served me the last 2-3 times Iv stopped by and have to say they have amazing customer service and are a asset to this location! As a manager myself these guys deserve major praise on their service and work attitude and should get a raise or be considered for a promotion!! Thank you Wendy’s on white settlement

September 3rd 2025, 9 pm. I go to the Drive thru and order a junior deluxe. I ask for it be freshly made. They slapped an already cooked burger on the grill. I can tell by how dark and skinny the meat was… plus I worked at Wendy’s a while back.
